ich versuche seid einiger Zeit meinen Account bei Casinia zu verifizeren.

Dieser Prozess zieht sich nun schon über Monate und folgendes Problem stellt sich wie folgt dar:

Es wurde ein Identitätsnachweis sowie ein Adressnachweis als auch ein Transaktionsverlauf Dokument gefordert.

- Die Identitätsnachweise wurden bereits erfolgreich verifiziert.

- Der Adressnachweis wurde bereits erfolgreich verifiziert.

Bei dem Transaktionsverlauf sagt Casinia unterschiedliche Dinge welche Sie benötigen.

All diese Nachweise habe ich mehrfach per Email als auch auf Casinia hochgeladen.

Nun sagt Casinia Sie wollen es in PDF Format und da ich eine Wallet namens „Electrum“ benutze wie Millionen weiterer Cryptowährungs benutzer, habe ich das Problem dass dort keine History als PDF exportet werden kann.

Der Live Chat teilte mir daraufhin mit ich solle die Screenshots welche ich gemacht habe und das sind viele bezogen auf die letzten 6 Monate Transaktionsverlauf in Electrum (74 Stück) in ein Word Dokument importieren und dann dieses Word Dokument als PDF speichern und per Email als auch in Casinia hochladen.

Dies habe ich ebenfalls getan und mein Konto ist immer noch nicht verifiziert.

Ich benötige nun bitte Ihre Hilfe da ich nicht mehr weiß was ich tun kann bzw soll um mein Konto endlich bei Casinia zu verifzieren.

The site is awesome. It has all off my favourite games also.

The withdrawl time. I won 35000sek and was asked to split them in to 18 separate withdrawls by 2000sek each.
I talked to a guy on the online chat and he said that the first withdrawl will be approved on the 23 january, the next one on 25 january and the third on the 29 january. Then it would continue like that with 3
Withdrawls per week. So in total will my withdrawl take about six or seven weeks. On top off that i have asked online chat to send me the complete payout schedule 3 times in the last couple of days but nothing happends. Really Bad service

The selections of slots are ok but nothing else I liked.

Terribly slow withdrawals. For instance I was asked to split my withdrawal of 800 into 8 withdrawals of 100 and had to wait approximately 2 weeks to receive the whole amount. This is way below the standards of almost any regular online casino nowadays. My advice would be to avoid Casinia and all its sister sites like Malina casino, as I read in the comments that they are doing the same thing in there as well.

The only small problem is that in the terms and conditions they announce the payment of withdrawals in 24 hours once the account validated. This is not always the case and you will have to be a little more patient. Withdrawals are often split into several times. It's a shame, because without small inconvenient I put 10 stars. The withdrawal is slow and the chat take long time in the evenings.

I first came to know about Casinia Casino when they sent me a promotional email last month. They were having quite a nice promotion at that point in time, offering 10 no-deposit free spins upon registration, and a 100% deposit bonus plus 150 free spins too. I couldn't resist this kind of very tempting offer, so I visited their website to get more information, particularly on their terms and conditions. Happy to say, I found my 2 favourite Microgaming games there, and the T&C part was all okay for me, so I finally got myself registered.

My country was not in the countries list actually, but the Live Chat host confirmed that I wasn't restricted, and told me to register using another country instead. She would then change it into the correct country after that. Yep, she did that right after I had completed my registration. Good, fast and efficient customer support that! I then played the 10 free spins on a game that I actually dislike, Jungle Spirit Call Of The Wild, but those 10 free spins paid me a 1.20 EUR win, so that wasn't so bad after all. Anyway, what can 1.20 EUR do right? Yeah, I lost it all even more quickly than getting it! Hahaha.

That misleading website promotional offer caused me to miss it!

I had complained to the casino's Support Team about their misleading email promotions, which required only a 10 EUR deposit (which actually requires a 50 EUR deposit) to get the 100% bonus and free spins, but nothing has been done about it as yet - I'm still getting the same promotional emails! The casino's right hand is still not knowing what the left hand is doing! Sheesh!
