Very big delay on withdrawals. They want 3 business days for withdrawal and if there is something wrong with the documents they need another 3 days and another and another. I'm very unsatisfied.

This casino has a nice selection of casino games which I personally think is great. Since they also have games from providers i know of. Been playing here for four days already because I'm just making the most out of my remaining casino wallet as of now.

The casino may be ok because of the game offered here but I'm very dismayed about the fact that the casino welcome bonus does not cover members like me who uses Neteller as their preferred payment method for most online gambling activities. It was very off for me at first and I'm glad I was able to skim through the T&C before depositing. I was also required to contact the live chat support before I''m able to claim my bonus since not all casinos do this.
Other than that I guess it would be a lot better if the Casinia casino expands their payment methods for bonuses.

This casino has a bit different rules compare to other casinos. If you have a big sum to withdraw (in my case it was 2000 € and the payout was on by bank account) you have to make few withdraeals, 500 € each, 3 days apart to get the money, one by one. I recieved cash out plan via my email, on the exact date when it will be processed. But hey, if I get my money, no problem with waiting ;)
Their site (I play on my mobile) is easy to navigate. A lot of slots, bonuses. And one of my most important thing in casino's; chat. It is really good, quick, I got the feeling that they are really in to my questions/problems.
So overall it is a great casino with a little details to fix to be the greatest ;)

No option to set the gambling limits. There are also Play'n'go slots but you have to find them "manually", by the name of the slot, no Play'n'go in provider filter.

Casino to flee, the online service makes you wait for hours before answering you ... it makes fun of you. Not enough players in this casino to earn a correct win. Flee, otherwise you will lose all your money. And in addition if you have the chance to earn some money, you will have to wait weeks before being paid !!! I will never recommend anyone to play on this site, they will delay payouts, and stall for whatever reason they can think of. (This is my first review ever but sites like this should not be online).

What I dislike, and the reason I dont give the casino 10 stars, is that they do not have any services for players to self exclude, or from where players can set limits for deposit, loses, etc.

When it come to have your winnings from the casino, I found that my withdrawal request was been stalling on purpose.
I deposited from my verified neteller account, and I am verified by kyc at 3 other Araxio casinos within the last 4-5 months.

Now I was asked to provide documents on how I fund my verfied neteller account, and from the same kyc who already had verified me 3 times before, and when I provided them with the requested documents, I havent heard more from them.

That is as I see it stalling, in order for players to cancel their withdrawals, and go play for the money instead, which most players do.

Main advantages for me are:
- friendly and quick live support, they always answer my questions, even if I can read this information on the site. This is important for me because I came to the chat, so I would like to receive all the information at once and briefly.
- fast enough payouts, but it is worth mentioning that withdrawals are processed according to the schedule that the financial department provides you!
- very reliable casino with a huge variety of games and providers and it is very easy to use because the design is thought out to the smallest detail!

What disappointed me a little:
- functionality should be improved and such features as control limits (Deposit, Loses Limits, Session Length Limit, Self-Exclusion and other features, that are important for Responsible Gaming). I asked the Live Chat if they are planning to implement it, and I was convinced that soon there will be such features on the project.
