There is nothing to like about this casino, but i need to text 150 characters here. This casino acting like a scam site. I have active case here on Ask Gamblers.

All is very bad. Their support is useless. I have active pending withdrawals for more than 7 days and nothing. They didn't send me money or any mail. Try to avoid this site, cuz it's a scam site, they are scammers or just delay till I lose all balance. Anyway, stay away from this site. Ask Gamblers should put them on black list cuz I'm not the only one here with the same problems.

Let's come to the Casinia company that sends false advertisements to my email. Last Tuesday, it sent an offer for the champion league, freebet 50% up to €50. I bet €49 and I should contact after the end of the game to get the freebet, €24.5. The company Casinia denied the freebet on the grounds that the match ...was LAST YEAR that I placed, namely Barcelona - Atalanta .. ...which took place last Wednesday.

So, this casino is very simple to play, is a lot of many provides, many games, more deposit and withdraw methods, and withdraw no problems, a lot of bonus , everything what you want , just play this casino and have fun

I do not have that much good to say but as 150 characters is required, I can tell am quite satisfied with the range of games the casiono has to offer.

Very very slow with withdrawals. The terms say that withdrawals take max 3 days, mine took over 5 and the request was dismissed for whatever reason. I did not even get an email asking verifying nor a reason for dismissing my request. I wanted to verify my account beforehand but the site says it does not require one. In addition, customer service is extremely slow and useless. All in all, I have made my very last deposit in this unprofessional casino and can’t really recommend this for anyone.

The variety of games. Good sportbet odds. Friendly support. There is a lot that’s actually good, the site runs fluently all over nothing to complain about. Deposits of course work fine as well.

The game has many games plus good welcome bonuses. The site also covers a lot of payment options so that's really good. They have many games available although the layout can be a little messy mixed with sports betting and various table games

The problem with this casino is their frustrating withdrawal limits plus longer cash out period: disappointed: I wanted to bet big sums of money and play in lots of games but the limits made me doublethink (since I could lose the money I leave in my account lol). I don't know if it's worth it going for the loyalty perk to gain better withdrawal limits.

They claim that a withdrawal process take up to 3 days, but I requested the withdrawal on Sunday, they emailed me on Wednesday that they need to verify me (you CANNOT do it through the site) and I found out on live chat that this process also may take up to 3 days (so it probably will) and then they will accept my withdrawal so I am pretty sure I will have to wait another 3 days to get my money. The worst casino ever, avoid them (and Cadoola and other casinos that belong to this company).

This casino has a nice selection of casino games which I personally think is great. Since they also have games from providers i know of. Been playing here for four days already because I'm just making the most out of my remaining casino wallet as of now.

The casino may be ok because of the game offered here but I'm very dismayed about the fact that the casino welcome bonus does not cover members like me who uses Neteller as their preferred payment method for most online gambling activities. This casino has a bit different rules compare to other casinos. If you have a big sum to withdraw (in my case it was 2000 € and the payout was on by bank account) you have to make few withdraeals, 500 € each, 3 days apart to get the money, one by one. I recieved cash out plan via my email, on the exact date when it will be processed. But hey, if I get my money, no problem with waiting ;)

They got alot of games, just like any other site.

I like almost all about the casino, they have a lot of cool games, and from all the best providers.
Just like the other Araxio casinos.

What I dislike, and the reason I dont give the casino 10 stars, is that they do not have any services for players to self exclude, or from where players can set limits for deposit, loses, etc.

When it come to have your winnings from the casino, I found that my withdrawal request was been stalling on purpose.
I deposited from my verified neteller account, and I am verified by kyc at 3 other Araxio casinos within the last 4-5 months.

Now I was asked to provide documents on how I fund my verfied neteller account, and from the same kyc who already had verified me 3 times before, and when I provided them with the requested documents, I havent heard more from them.

Main advantages for me are:

The site is awesome. It has all off my favourite games also.

The withdrawl time. I won 35000sek and was asked to split them in to 18 separate withdrawls by 2000sek each.
I talked to a guy on the online chat and he said that the first withdrawl will be approved on the 23 january, the next one on 25 january and the third on the 29 january. Then it would continue like that with 3
Withdrawls per week. So in total will my withdrawl take about six or seven weeks. On top off that i have asked online chat to send me the complete payout schedule 3 times in the last couple of days but nothing happends. Really Bad service

The selections of slots are ok but nothing else I liked.

Terribly slow withdrawals. For instance I was asked to split my withdrawal of 800 into 8 withdrawals of 100 and had to wait approximately 2 weeks to receive the whole amount. This is way below the standards of almost any regular online casino nowadays. My advice would be to avoid Casinia and all its sister sites like Malina casino, as I read in the comments that they are doing the same thing in there as well.

The only small problem is that in the terms and conditions they announce the payment of withdrawals in 24 hours once the account validated. This is not always the case and you will have to be a little more patient. Withdrawals are often split into several times. It's a shame, because without small inconvenient I put 10 stars.
