Streak of Luck is a video slot game from Playtech that offers fun game play. I played this game the first time when it was released and the main reason was the progressive jackpot. That is something that attracts most players and the word luck is used in the name of the game so I thought I will be lucky to win it.
This is a 5 reels and 50 pay lines video slot game. On the right side there is a ladder which shows the current jackpot and also the free game counter. I do not remember the exact amount that was back then but that is because I did not win it. If I won the jackpot I would never forget it.

As I said before this game has an interesting game play which is a part of the free spins round. So basically for every 4 consecutive wins you get 5 free spins. Then for 5 wins you get 10 free spins, for 6 wins you get 15 free spins, for 7 wins you get 20 free spins, for 8 wins you get 45 free spins, for 9 wins you get 60 free spins and 10 wins you get the progressive jackpot win. This really adds to the thrill when you are playing the game. The most that I have got regarding the free spins was 20 free spins and 80 x bet win.
There is another bonus in this game which is called the Dice Bonus. To activate this bonus you need the dice symbol on the first, third and the fifth reel. I did not see any potential in this bonus game though. There is a streak meter on the side of the reels which counts any consecutive win where every amount counts. You have to streak of 4 to light up the first 4 arrows to secure the win.

The name of the game is quite adequate and its design is attractive, but focusing on the most important aspect concerning to any video slot, I also would say that "Streak of Luck" is equipped with very original and interesting features that harbor a very good potential for generating big wins and such features can complement harmonically each other.

The first of these features is the scatter represented with cards marked with letters L-U-C-K, 3 or more of these symbols grant an instant payment as stated on the paytable and hits of this type count for triggering free spins, and during them, winnings caused by these scatters are also multiplied by two.

This is another 'New Game' released by Playthec. A game that is not for me, I don't like it and I never got lucky on it either. I know that it is possible to get 60 free spins, but in my view that is impossible. Well it is impossible for me, you have to win nine times in the row and even though this game has 50 line, it is still a very hard task. For me personally chances of achieving that goal, are slim to none. The best I could do was 6 wins in a row which game me 15 free spins. To get those free spins I spent over €30 and was expecting something good to happen. But nothing happened and I won around €13 on it. Another disappointing feature, which in my view is a complete waste of time. Sure you can win big, if you get ladybugs stacked on all reels, but that is another impossible task for me.

There is another bonus in this game and to get it you have to get bonus on first, third and last reels. You will be asked to roll the dice and what ever lands is your win. If you get doubles, then you can roll again. I got that once and ended up winning around €15. Not the best bonus but if you are able to get three 7's then you could win 200x.

There is a chance to win the progressive in this game and that is to get ten wins in a row. Another super difficult task, but if you can do it then it will make your day. I would think that you probably need to bet max, but hey, it is not that much for some of us:)

Over all I don't like this game. I don't know what it is but I cant stand it. It is probably because if you lose you have to start from beginning. My rating 5 out of 10. Not my cup of tea.
