I don’t know why but I’m always thinking that Hot Gems is a 9-payline and I was wondering what the reason is. Maybe because I consider Playtech is the best developer that provide that kind of slots or maybe I guess this slot would fit there better or just its minimal and simple graphics but despite all of these are true but actually it’s a 25-payline slot around a gold, gem mining cartoon theme with very colourful and cute little symbols and decent animations but with not the best visualizations. For my style it seems to be a little bit flippant and I can’t say I’m a big follower of its style.

I think what it lacks of visual appearance for me it gives back at game segment. I’m not saying this is the best paying slot that ever made but in my experience it has a surprisingly good payout system at least it just favours me often. Looking at the paytable we can’t see there any eye-popping numbers or unique features but the winnings are very frequently occurs here, much more times what I initially thought when I started to play this game anno. Unlikely other Playtech slots where I had successes in the past, it is not a one-time wonder and really became a constant playing partner in years. So I really can recommend this game everyone who loves the very solid games with decent but average features and don’t bother a little childish interface.

Hot gems it is an awful game from playtech. This game has 25 paylines, and using same system as gonzo's quest, symbol in winning combination destroyed, and other comes. But apart from gonzo's quest there is no any multiplier during base game. Also game looks not interesting and a bit dark, while gems means a lot of colors.
This game had only one feature, which can be triggered by hitting symbols free spins on reels 1 and 3 and 5. I hate when feature should be triggered this way, because most time there will come two free spins symbols without third.

Also base game simply can't pay, and max win for 5 best paying symbols in base game is x 300 total bet, i never get any 3 of this symbols, so how can i wait to see 5 of them. My best result at base game was x 40 total bet on dafa888 casino. When i hit 3 free spins symbols, i was awarded 15 free spins with multiplier like in gonzo's quest, after i get one win i get x 2 multiplier, when i get second multiplier is x3, and such way up to x 5, which looks really poor, and makes hard to win something really decent. Max win on single spin is 1500 x total bet, but i can't realise how to get it, because best paying guys simple did not come on reels at all.

I rate this game with 4 stars, it is one of the worst playtech game, which not interesting, which also spinning slow, and which never award any decent win. My best feature win is x 70 total bet, and this is compared to high hard is to trigger this feature. I will not play this game again, it is awful. If playtech decide to add multiplier in base game, and increase multiplier for free spins, probably slot looks much more interesting, but right now no one can be happy with this game.
