Slow withdrawal process, support and chat can not tell you anything but your account is verified and pay out should be asap. I’ve been waiting for 6 days now and this morning after days finance sent me they work first in first out and it should be processed soon. But no indication. Very slow withdrawal process even after the verification is done. First and second one took 7 days with Trustly and the answer is alway ”finance team is working as fast as possible”.

I find myself regretting each time I play as even after verification etc my withdrawal is never approved in 24 hours and now have over 5000 sitting in my player account. The speed of a withdrawal is fine, it didn't take for too long and was made in 24 hours, even with such amount as 300$, in other casinos in took me ages to withdraw.

The range of games is a minus and their speed also is not fine. Maybe the problem was in a provider, but they were not able to tell exactly, so I had to wait, just in order to play.
