Posting a honest review Dunder

Hallo askgambler's readers. This post will probably be removed since it is on askgamblers forum but here it goes. I wrote a review about Dunder two times now and both time they got removed, i only stated facts and my recommandation that you get verified before start playing. My initial problem with Dunder was a withdraw of 10.000€+, this was my first cashout from Dunder so they needed verification papers.. i did send all needed paperwork but they wouldent accept my 'proof of adress' so i did send four other versions that stated my adress and all declined. This is the same papers i have used on several other casinos without any problem. I just want to know if anyone have similar problems with reviews getting deleted here on askgamblers? Are we destroying affiliate money by sharing our exsperience with a casino?

Hello there,

Unlike you, I'll try to stick to the facts and facts only instead of entering into totally unjustified and unfair accusations. And the facts are as follows...

Your comment:

Positive part:- Large selection of providers

- Easy to navigate

Negative part: :When i first joined Dunder i really enjoyed the casino as i feelt secure and the support was really friendly, but months did pass and bullets failed which is exspected when gambling. But one day i got really lucky, or atleast i thought... from a small deposit of 500Nok i managed to build up a balance that passed 100000Nok+ and i was so rocking the slots but 100k is 100k so i decided to cash out, this was my first time doing a withdraw from Dunder so verification papers was needed as exspected. This is where the problem started, I sent in all needed papers and recived a email later on saying that 'proof of adress' was not valid, so i sent them 3-4 different papers stating my adress... all denied, after some emails had been sent and almost 2 weeks had passed i just gave up and considered it as "play money" and burned it all on live games and slots. Ive made some deposits later  but no luck so i decided to just contact Live Chat and make them close my acc. I dont recommend anyone start playing at Dunder before they have an acc verified since they will not pay up any big winnings. (Same papers i did send have worked on all other casinos).

This is my exsperience of Dunder and i have to give them 1 star here on askgamblers since i feel scammed and robbed of my winnings.

- First of all, NOPE, we do NOT remove forum posts, reviews etc only because these were negative towards an operator or AG, but only if these are in direct violation of our Terms and/or Forum Rules. Any regular forum member could easily confirm that.

- Nope, you never wrote TWO reviews about Dunder, in fact it was only one and it has been removed due to violation of AskGamblers Posting Guidelines, Sections Facts with the following removal message.

Comment has been deleted due to violation of AskGamblers Posting Guidelines, section Facts. Please make sure to check all Posting Guidelines here - https://www.askgamblers.com/posting-guidelines

We would like to remind the player that sharing your negative experience with a casino or particular casino service is totally okay as long as you are doing it with enough arguments and justification.

While we could  understand your frustration and disappointment of being left to wait for unreasonably long period of time from the aforementioned casino brand before they review and verify your account, please keep in mind that each and every online casino has the exclusive right to determine and apply its own verification policy and procedures depending on the requirements set within their licensing agreement. Moreover, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the verification procedure is over and you could request a withdrawal.

- The other review you have left was dedicated to Frank&Fred casino and oh my, oh my, it's public and not removed although it's pretty much negative. Shocking, I know...  :p

- After 15 years in the industry, this is the first time when I hear or read about someone who decided to consider their 100,000 NOK as 'play-money' and blew it off just because the account verification process didn't go so smoothly instead of fighting for their money and submit a complaint via AGCCS for example or forward the matter in front of the relevant regulatory body. Something is terribly wrong here and it definitely has nothing to do with AskGamblers.  :fool:

So much regarding your objectiveness.  :80:

My first review of Dunder was posted maybe 6-8 months ago from a different acc here on askgamblers which i can probably dig up if needed. And you say i come with totally unjustified and unfair accusations? If you want to take a look at the emails beetween me and Dunder regarding my verification i be happy to provide them for you, so you can take a look before making up an opinion that what i wrote is BS.

For your information, the rules are pretty clear when it comes to multi-accounting - https://prnt.sc/lgmedm

Is this what you've done at Dunder too? ...

Hi Valdes, nothing personal but I do have to admit that one of my reviews, about Mr. Play Casino, has been removed after a while.

A review based on my own experience and it had nothing to do with losing or winning.

Whenever you have the time for it, could you please explain this for me or do I  have to make a new topic for this, my question to AG ?

Thanks in advance , and again, its nothing personal.

greets

Hey mate,

Sure, nothing personal here, constructive suggestions and even criticism is always welcome.

As far as I can see you have 11 approved reviews for 11 different casino brands and not a single removed one.

Am I missing something here? :)
