- Worst customer support I've ever experienced. The only thing they can do is forward the inquiry to the 'relevant' department. Takes at least 3(72 hours) up to 5 (120 hours) days to get an initial answer. Support provides false information about timeframes for example.

- The promotion themselves are fine. However, they will stall payout even when they state something else in the T&C of the promotion. Participated in 2 promos as of now. The first one said; prizes would be paid out immediately. While it took 2 full days (48 hours) after I contacted CS myself about it. On the other, it would be at a certain date and time (1 Nov 16.00 CET in this case). Already 3 full days (72 hours) have passed since the deadline of the payout and still counting. Had to contact CS myself too, to get this case rolling.

With great CS and keeping promises; this would be a 10/10 for sure.

Clicked on the bet £10 to get the £20 free bet on their website and it didn't go on automatically so I emailed them. They said they no longer do the offer, even though I clicked it on their website. After a long time loyal customer... My account and everything from depositing, verified documents etc. was okay and no problems ever. It started with withdrawal not being accepted by their automatic system, it was crucial for me to play there.
