Seit letze Woche Mittwoch warte ich auf meinen kleinen Gewinn von 700€. Der Kundendienst ist unfreundlich und schickt mir jedesmal eine automatische Nachricht das ich Geduld haben soll. Ich habe soviel taudende Euros eingezahlt. Schade aber wenn nichts passiert bin ich bereit auch eine Anzeige zu erstatten. Schade echt schade. Keiner tut was ich brauche Hilfe.

I made multiple deposits within a 5 day span. Only 3 of the said deposits were credited to my player account. There are multiple deposits that were deducted from my bank account and not credited. I have proof of all the transactions leaving my account. The terms on the site say that funds will be returned within 48 hours and now I am well past that time-frame with no compensation. I want to see some accountability and have returned my funds by now.

I have been trying to withdraw 1100$ from this casino for over two weeks. I have been fully verified. They keep giving me the runaround. First I had to withdraw back to my Visa card. So I submitted all the documents and canceled my withdrawal. I ask why, and they then say I see to do bank transfer. So I submitted all the paperwork and I’ve again, cancelled. I have spoken to chat agents multiple times, and each time I get the same answer. You need to withdraw via card, then when they cancel that, I have to withdraw via bank, and so

On and so forth. I have done everything they have asked and keep getting my withdrawal canceled.

I am waiting for this casino to process my withdrawal of 1,000 Euro since Jun 09 and nothing is happening. Their support offers the usual "be patient" message. Terms and Conditions of Slotum promise a maximum processing time of 3 days. My account is fully verified.

I cannot understand, why some casinos delay their payments to the extent, that one never wants to play here again.

I have been trying to get some sort of actually response from Slotum support however they are ignoring my emails and support requests from live chat get the generic response of "we cant do anything to speed it up, you have to wait". I have a fully verified account, I have done everything they have asked yet they still will not process a withdrawal even after their website advertises "INSTANT WITHDRAWAL"

I have checked their terms and conditions and there is no mention of a delay to process withdrawals.

I fear I have wasted my money on depositing 9 LTC over the past 2 months. The amount im trying to withdraw is 10 LTC.

After losing streak and depositing a lot of money.. I was lucky enough to make $ 8,500. I asked to withdraw the money but I haven't received the money yet.. The reason rejected from my bank. You have withdrawn money before without problems. I have proof of that. They asked me to make a withdrawal via bank transfer but i don't have this choice in my account There is a screenshot from my account no bank transfer and i send my i ban to them but they reject.. and i don't have any Electronic wallet.
