Unfortunately this casino allowed me to play netent games which I didn’t know were banned in Canada. I wagered about a 1000€ When I discovered netent was banned in Canada, I contacted support to ask why they allowed me to play netent. I was told it was a “technical issue” and they decided to close my account. I really believe they blatantly ripped me off, I have copies of the chat to prove it. I will pursue all avenues to to make them accountable for their actions. I would NOT recommend this casino

Platin casino attracted me for 2 reasons - first, I haven't tried it so far and second, it has Blue Gem Gaming and Merkur software and with both of them I am not very familiar with. First I contacted their live support to understand if I can even play there. I actually really recommend these games because the payouts are regular and pretty good, on one spin I won 30€ with only 0.50€ bets.

After that I spent some time with Black Jack surrender game. And there went all my money. At first I played with 2€ bets and increased balance to 70€, but then I started playing with 5€ bets and within an hour lost all money because my luck was gone.

Hello, I just can not recommend this casino. I paid for it and I got a bonus. I met the bonus requirements. I would like to take out the money. I sent my documents for verification. The driver's license and utility bill with 2 it is not enough. Must have a passport that is not enough. Must have an ID card as well. Then the check was successful.

It has not been a full one year since i left this casino site and to put it in simple words I did not like this casino because i was not winning anything at all and this streak went on for 3 deposits and i do understand why i continued after losing my first deposit which i usually do not do.
