This is all happening maybe 1 day after the requested withdrawal WITHOUT any message as to why the withdrawal has been canceled.

I would love to stay a customer at this site but as it look right now, there is too much delay on everything related to cashing out and too few answers.

Customer support has to be one of the most unprofessional I have ever seen.
They sent a promotion via email saying that cos they are short-listed on AskGamblers awards they are giving out 15freespins to book of Aztec game. Because the bonus is always deposit and bonus, but since the wagering amount is often the same 25x d+b it gets worse with lower bonus amounts. The bonus part with 100 % is a 50x wagering, with 50 % we are already at 75x wagering, ...

The other thing is there is no 5 € Bet Block in the system, be careful when playing with bonus funds. Sometimes a bonus has no max bet rule, but always ask the support (E-Mail Support is the best option to ask).
