First of all, there is no live chat, and the support takes between half a day or one full day to respond, and when they do, you need to wait another 6-24 hours before getting another answer. My withdrawal of 500 EUR keeps getting rejected even after sending in the necessary documents. This is all happening maybe 1 day after the requested withdrawal WITHOUT any message as to why the withdrawal has been canceled.

I would love to stay a customer at this site but as it look right now, there is too much delay on everything related to cashing out and too few answers.

Customer service is absolutely horrific, if u can catch customer service after waiting days or even weeks its a generic copy/paste nonsense.
