ich habe am 17. August einen höheren Geldbetrag gewonnen. wollte diesen dann per Banküberweisung auszahlen lassen. Die Auszahlungen wurden dann von betchain gecancelt, da sie zu hoch waren, und als Auszahlung per skrill bestätigt.

Die summe beträgt 1500 Euro, leider wurde dieser Betrag bis heute nicht auf meinem skrillkonto gutgeschrieben. Die zweite Auszahlung die ich am 23. August tätigte, diesmal auf mein Bankkonto und ebenfalls 1500 Euro wurde nach kurzer zeit gutgeschrieben. Ich bin nun seit Freitag dem 18. August mit betchain in Kontakt, der support im chat teilte mir mit ich müsse bitte geduld haben und warten, wegen dem Wochenende verzögert sich alles, dass war am 19. August.

Der Support über email hat mir auf meine 5 emails einmal geantwortet, und mir mitgeteilt das es bearbeitet ist und auf mein skrillkonto gesendet wird, dass war am 23. August.

Ich habe den support eine skrill Transaktionsliste gesendet, screenshots usw. wo ersichtlich ist , dass die 1500 Euro nicht gutgeschrieben wurden.

Mein Konto bei betchain ist komplett verifiziert, sie haben alle daten von mir erhalten, (skrill, bank, adresse, ausweiss) Ich habe kein zweites Konto oder sonstiges.

Hello! I registered a couple of days ago, was looking for new casinos for myself with a good welcome bonus, well, and chose this casino, because of the high ratings and reviews. After registration, I made the first deposit to get the bonus, but alas, nothing was credited automatically, I tried to write in the online chat, to the support mail, waited a couple of hours, no one even answered, as if no one was there and the site was abandoned. Well, I could not resist and started playing at the expense of my deposit, won a little, uploaded all the necessary documents, filled in personal data on the account and made a withdrawal request. In the chat a couple of times a day, if you manage to catch the same operator Jasmin Thompson, I wrote to her, what's the matter, check the documents and confirmation of payment, I see in the verification section all the documents were accepted, but the payment is hanging and awaiting confirmation. Maybe I don't understand something, but there can't be such long withdrawals for cryptocurrency in 2025. You even have a description about 6-8 hours for cryptocurrency. I'm afraid that the process won't drag on for too long, I liked the casino, the payout is good, but in terms of support and payout speed, I'm disappointed so far.

I made a Withdraw (50€) on 5.12.2004 since then nothing happened. Everytime I asked the Chat they said to me I had to wait a "little bit" and just ask later for updates. Or the Agents told me they sent it to the finance department. But nothing happened. Friday they told me the Manager would have a look and clear this in No time (Screenshot). But guess what? Nothing happened. Today they told me the same to wait a "little bit". So its nearly 2 Weeks and I don't believe them anymore.

BetChain Casino - Account closed, access granted from restricted country

I was allowed an account and to deposit while living in a country that isn't actually accepted here and I believe that I should be refunded my deposits due to now being blocked from the casino and it not being possible for me to cashout my balance when I learned of the restrictions here. It's complete nonsense that they didn't know where I created my account from so its not my fault I was allowed access furthermore being denied to withdraw any funds after I was the one who informed them of the mistake while asking to refund my deposits and close my account. So the deposits were basically stolen with my account now closed and no response to several attempts to contact the casino support via email

Hello there, I was playing with BetChain for a couple of months and always lost money, this time I won a small amount of 600€ and cash out 450€. The withdrawal was delayed and I asked the support the next day, it was a male and female and both of them told me to wait for 48h and 72h.

One of the support workers told me "their is nmo withdrawals at the weekend and i should wait til monday evening please" , I read last night (sunday 14.08.2022) that they process payments 24/7 so wow first lie from a support worker on a casino site that calls them Legit and trusted ?!

Today I asked again cause I can't wait anymore but this time another worker called "babbs" told me I need to verify myself that's why it's delayed, I didnt recieved an email and the support didnt tell me that at first either.

I made my verification today, I want this to be processed honestly and asap cause this casino is shady and got wrong priorities!

I like how much games they have, it's really a lot, and they are from nice providers like Habanero and BetSoft, I like them a lot.

Also, here I made bets with fiat currency and crypto, and it was comfortable. Easy navigation, nice bonus, not much to say.

Though, I wouldn't give their support five stars. They respond not fast and they doesn't answer questions properly. Thanks god, my questions weren't of big importance, but still.

They expect you to know you have to contact support every single time you make a deposit and before you use the deposit after reaching silver VIP status to get any bonus whatsoever. Support staff aren't helpful whatsoever and do everything they can to not give you the bonuses they have stated on their site. Complete garbage. Just take your business elsewhere.

I played at this casino for about 1 ½ years and never had any problems. I won a few times. I liked the games and the layout of the casino. This was 1 of my favorite casinos and I had a shortcut on my desktop for them.

The last 2 times I withdrew about $90, which was almost the same amount as my deposit. My balance kept going up and down and I felt lucky not to have lost. The last time I withdrew it took hours, much longer than usual and I had to contact the live chat to get my withdraw. Just last week I was going to deposit and a pop up came on the screen asking for my nickname and to check what country I was from. The USA was not listed, but I was aware of this. I asked the live chat does this mean I can’t play here? They said yes and disabled my account.

They recently changed there VIP program around without informing the players.
When joined BetChain although I wouldn't get all the benefits as a silver status VIP member, you could still got bonuses. For instance, I got 10 freespins every Friday as long as I made a deposit within the past month. Non-status players could also get 50% reloads and Cashback Tuesdays.

Now you now have to spend approx $1,000 to get just 1 comp point and need 100 comp points to reach silver status

Been playing here since beginning of 2015. They have decent selection of games although I would love to see some new slot providers for my side of the globe.
There are some things that have changed which I will talk about in the dislike column.
Support was really good here, however they seemed to change the service so now instead of the support staffs name it just say "support agent" but they are still friendly & helpful. They host a few tournaments every week & month which is cool.

Currently there are two things that happened at Betchain. First is they recently changed there VIP program around without informing the players, which affected me greatly.

Since I joined Betchain back in 2015 you start out as a no-status member, meaning no VIP status. So although you wouldn't get all the benefits as a silver status VIP member, you could still got bonuses. For instance, I got 10 freespins every Friday as long as I made a deposit within the past month. This was one particular bonus they were known for. Non-status players could also get 50% reloads which I personally don't care for and Cashback Tuesdays.

Now once a player gets to Silver status, they get 20 freespins instead of 10 every Friday, bigger reload bonuses and so on.
Now it took me over 2 years to get Silver status VIP membership. The reason it took that long for me was because you get 1 comp point for every 100mbtc (0.1 Bitcoin) wagered. It's a lot tougher than it sounds especially when 0.1 Bitcoin equaled $2,000 just last year during it's peak. That means I had to spend $2,000 to get just 1 comp point and needed 100 comp points to reach silver status. Crazy!

Anyway, I finally earned silver status membership like a month or two ago. What would you know but just a week or two after I get silver, Betchain takes it away by completely restructuring there VIP program making what was once silver now becomes bronze status.
As a result I get downgraded and lost silver status benefits like my 20 free spins every Friday Now I get Zero free spins every week. I'm sorry but that's just wrong! You don't downgrade the players to a lower VIP status after they have already achieved it. You keep the current players where they are and incorporate the changes for new players. That is really messed up.
That got me so upset and as a result haven't played here like I used to.

I didn't find anything good in this casino. I advise everyone to read as many reviews about this casino on the Internet as possible. Its dreary interface puts me to sleep.

Personally, I left there 500 euros and did not withdraw a cent. I did not give the game at all and 17 of the deposits left there. Got to Bitchin by chance, looking for another casino. Be careful and look for information better.

I am very disappointed with betchain right now. As I have mention I have been playing here for 0ver 3 years. I have always used the same bitcoin address since I started playing here. I have made 512 deposits with that address. Well apparently, 4 days ago they switched companies that handle the transactions and as a result they changed everyone's deposit addresses. So, today when I made my deposit and it didn't show up I ask support what was going on to which She told me how they recently changed everyone's deposit addresses. She said an email went out to inform the players (4 days ago) and that there was nothing she could do, the money was lost. Betchain sends out one email after years of using the same address, one email to let everyone know. The least you could of done was credit my account with the deposit that should have been there. It wasnt even a big deposit. Wow.
