I didn't use my Sportaza account this month since the US Open ( Tennis tournament ), i logged in few days ago, made a deposit and was logged off immediatly. I can't log in since, i contacted the livechat they told me that there's no problem and that i'll receive an email to fix this. 3 days after, 0 news, 0 email, so i contacted the livechat again this morning. Here are all the conversation we had in the following screenshots.
Take not that i have more than 6000€ unsettled bets !!! Have you ever seen that ? They closed my account without any reason, without even sending an email, without explaining why and how, and they want to steal all my balance. Only a mafia would behave like this isn't it ? What Curacao Antillephone N.V. can do to help me in such a crazy case ?

The more they hide, the more they look even more guilty than they truly are. Already the 6th day without any information sent/given, i sent an email to the support on sunday, still no answer. Probably because i made sure that they can't come up with a lie as i kept screenshots of everything i done in my account. I'm really curious at this point, wich lie can they invent ? Still waiting to see how creative they can be.

As expected Sportaza used the 3.9 to close my account, fair enough, they can close an account without a specific reason as long as they don't steal the winnings. If they keep their promise and pay out all my unsettled bets when they'll be settled as winners, i consider that it's fair and that no legal action is required. So, for now, we can consider that the case is solved.
Thanks to the askgamblers team who helped to get an official answer to this matter, and thanks to Sportaza to finally giving a professional answer. But if they don't keep their promise, i'll be back.

I gave Sportaza the opportunity to act fairly, i cameback to withdraw my winnings 3 weeks ago but they kept answering that they're checking the request and that i'll be done in the nearest time. But week after week the live agents couldn't give any other answer than that, and i hadn't received not even an email since the day i asked for my balance withdrawal as agreed months ago.
I waited for april 'cause my NBA long term bets were going to be settled on that month, my ultimate and very last unsettled football long term bets arrive the 26th may, after that i won't have any open bet anymore. Many football long term bets were already settled since december but i wanted to make it easy on Sportaza and don't ask for a withdrawal every time, that's why i waited months thinking that it'll be extremely straightforward in April and May. But unfortunatly it seems that opening cases is always needed to make them respect their own rules, so here we go again.

I confirm that i received my current balance today. Thanks for your honest and quick reaction, i believe that my ultimate withdrawal the 26th May following the last remaining unsettled bets i still have will be handled fairly by Sportaza as well, so i consider that the case is solved once again.
