Batter Up is a game with a theme of a super popular sport called baseball. I myself have never played it and growing up football was my thing.Till now I don't know the rules of this game but I do enjoy watching it on tv sometimes and Americans definitely make it look super cool. I am not sure but I also think that it is very popular in Japan and that makes it cool too.

The graphics on this game are not great, but it does compensate with a nice feature. I know that at the end of the day it does not really matter how the game looks as long as it pays out. But for me it does matter and I do like good looking games more.

As usual I set the game for fast plays and started playing on $1 bet. The money goes fast when you play like this and you must be careful not to lose it all fast. Fortunately for me, I got the feature within ten spins and was on my way to make some dollars. To get the feature I had to get R.U.N. on the 2, 3 and 4 reels. That gave me 9 free spins with all wins tripled. There are also 'Extra Innings' symbols in free spins and they award you with 1 extra spin. In the free spins you also can get the Batter bonus for each batter that you get. When the batter comes out you click on him and if he strikes out the you get 1 x your bet, if he makes a hit then you get from 2 x to 100 x your bet. I managed to get them few times and the biggest multiplier I got was 25 x.

There is also a respin bonus and you get that when you get a batter on first reel and baseballs on the other. This gives you 2 respins, the reels that dont have the baseballs respins and pay you if you get more baseballs. If you get five of them then all of the reels respin twice. This bonus does not pay much and max I got was around $10.

Over all the game is missing the x factor. Something that makes it unique and special. For those reason I would rate it as 6 out of 10. Hope you enjoyed my review and have a nice day :)
