I have a very big issue with a casino involving almost 1 million, this casino blames PlayNGo for the issue (well, they even try to blame me, like I can change the payouts) - sad but true. 

 

I've been trying to contact PlayNGo directly, but I guess it will not be easy, unless I have some "inside info" from someone who knows someone else (you know what I mean).

Bob Casino and It sisters Casinia, Cadoola and the likes are known for paying out withdrawals in installments even I heard poeple complain about getting $500 withdrawal in 3 installments and takes about a week to pay it out - So I can feel you might wait for a while and please just be patient, do not go back and loose the money

 

I am sure that amount might be able to make a casino almost bankrupt and they are all new to the game .

I am absolutely sure that I did nothing wrong. As I explained before, I know some tricks and some "mouse traps" they put on the terms and conditions and I try to be super careful to not break any rule. 

 

As I mentioned on my complaint, they encouraged me to use VPN and I didn't want, because I play with large stakes and I know that if eventually I hit something like this, they will try to find anything to catch me and avoid paying.  It's not the first time that I win a large prize. In the past I got some huge wins. I assume they're not so huge as this one, but it's not uncommon. And I always got paid, sooner or later.

 

To be really honest, I don't even know how could a player possibly change the outcome of an online slot, especially when we are talking about these huge providers licensed in big markets.  But they surely have better ways to verify my playing than myself and as you said, I will wait patiently. 

 

What makes me "scared" is the attitude from the casino, lying deliberately as if they never proposed me the deal to accept 100K. 

If they can do this, how else they can do?

As far as I know Netent pays directly to the player and I think Microgaming as well if I am not mistaken.

The thing is there's too many additional details to take into account when it comes to this mega difficult equation called 'online gambling regulatory frame' and I'm afraid only the relevant regulatory body could give you the right answer. In your case that would be UKGC, how is of course well known with its astonishing devotion to protect UK&ROI players no matter the cost...

I’m having a ball on reactoonz at the moment. Last 3 sessions have all had 750 x plus wins. It will eventually turn...

 

My view of play n go is that you need to invest in them. It may require 1k spins plus etc and many deposits but they tend to give you an excellent return.

 

However some I’m not keen on - sorry Fiekie but I can’t warm to moon princess. Good at lower stakes but no luck 2 quid or above. And house of doom is absolute guff.

 

There lies the difference between png and BTG for example - I have more belief that png will pay than the other.
