No Uk licence so not familiar but people go on about their fast payouts etc - what are they like?

It's various from 1 minute to 6 hours but the fastest casino is BitStarz within a few minutes. The one with the best redeemable loyalty points program is Cleopatra casino with great ratio 100 points = €20 or equivalent bonus money but King Billy comes second with 100 points = €3 real cash.

Well, considering the nature of your case and especially the fact that you are among the very very very few online players who would play slots with bets of $100+ per spin, no surprise your gaming activity (and the winnings sessions specifically) will be super carefully reviewed on any possible level you could think of, including but not limited to Bob's fraud team, their platform provider SoftSwiss/Direx N.V. fraud team and of course, the gaming supplier in question Play'N Go team.

Now, while Bob Casino Direx N.V. are licensed and regulated in Curacao ( definitely not the most rigorous regulatory regime when it comes to online gambling), keep in mind that Play'N Go are duly licensed by MGA, UKGC, etc meaning they have successfully passed regulatory requirements which are are at least a dozen of times more strict than those applied by any of the Curacao Master Licence holders for example.

In short, IF the investigation of your incredible winning streak has already been passed to Play'N Go and you are 100% sure you played by the rules, I believe there is nothing you should worry about. It will take some time though, probably weeks, so although I could imagine how difficult could be to stay calm and patient when there's a million at stake in this case, you must make the impossible and hold your nerves and temper under total control.

In the meantime, I can assure you the AskGamblers Complaints Team will do everything possible to reach to the rock solid, justified and unambiguous truth no matter what, just like we've always done so far regardless the fact whether the disputed amount is a dollar or a million. :)

Thank you all for your answers.

I have a very big issue with a casino involving almost 1 million, this casino blames PlayNGo for the issue (well, they even try to blame me, like I can change the payouts) - sad but true.

I've been trying to contact PlayNGo directly, but I guess it will not be easy, unless I have some "inside info" from someone who knows someone else (you know what I mean).

I hope it's ok to say this here, once it's a public complaint on AskGamblers:

Unfortunately, I can't post links cause I am a new user, but go to BobCasino - move down to complaints, and search for the most recent, and you will understand.

(by the way, if someone can post the link here, it would be easier for people to go there).

If it's not ok, then I ask admins to inform.

Thank you all

No problems, here's the link to your complaint:

Bob Casino - Are they ever going to pay my legitimate winnings of over €940,000?

Strongly encourage you to limit the complaint's related discussion within the complaint itself and make sure to follow strictly all the relevant AGCCS Terms and Guidelines

Let us know in case you need further assistance.

I know I am late on this Topic and I believe you will get your money especially if it comes directly from a provider like Netent who pays out Jackpots directly themselves.

Bob Casino and It sisters Casinia, Cadoola and the likes are known for paying out withdrawals in installments even I heard poeple complain about getting $500 withdrawal in 3 installments and takes about a week to pay it out - So I can feel you might wait for a while and please just be patient, do not go back and loose the money

I am sure that amount might be able to make a casino almost bankrupt and they are all new to the game .

All the best and Good Luck...

Thank you very much,

I am absolutely sure that I did nothing wrong. As I explained before, I know some tricks and some "mouse traps" they put on the terms and conditions and I try to be super careful to not break any rule.

As I mentioned on my complaint, they encouraged me to use VPN and I didn't want, because I play with large stakes and I know that if eventually I hit something like this, they will try to find anything to catch me and avoid paying.  It's not the first time that I win a large prize. In the past I got some huge wins. I assume they're not so huge as this one, but it's not uncommon. And I always got paid, sooner or later.

To be really honest, I don't even know how could a player possibly change the outcome of an online slot, especially when we are talking about these huge providers licensed in big markets.  But they surely have better ways to verify my playing than myself and as you said, I will wait patiently.

What makes me "scared" is the attitude from the casino, lying deliberately as if they never proposed me the deal to accept 100K.

If they can do this, how else they can do?

If they offer a Lambo or Bugatti - Ill take it, with 100K cash of course.

But it goes to the casino and then to the player? - see the old Playtech Progressive Jackpot debacles whereby the casino refused to pay it all over to some woman even though they received the full payment (epitome of a rogue joint) Or do Netent operate differently?

Mr V,

You've mentioned something that i forgot to mention/ask? Correct me if i'm being stupid...

When i played the other day with Highroller - they are UKGC licenced. But when i click on some of their games it says i'm playing under the jurisdiction of Cureau (can't spell)

So is it a case that a casino can be licensed under the UKGC but running games that are from providers that are not? And if so, how does that help reassure the player that all is ok? Eg - i'm happy with casino but now dubious about where the actual games are being pulled from

As far as I know Netent pays directly to the player and I think Microgaming as well if I am not mistaken.

That would certainly avoid the issues of the casino paying out progressives in 10k instalments  ^_^

Quite right as well

I doubt it'll be an issue for me as 1. I'm not a new sign up who won it within 2 days and 2. I'm not Scandinavian  ;)

Mr P,

Hmm, must admit you raised some pretty catchy question this time and I'm not sure I could even provide 100% correct feedback... The thing is there's too many additional details to take into account when it comes to this mega difficult equation called 'online gambling regulatory frame' and I'm afraid only the relevant regulatory body could give you the right answer. In your case that would be UKGC, how is of course well known with its astonishing devotion to protect UK&ROI players no matter the cost...  8)

I've seen the scenario with "you are now playing under the jurisdiction..." for the first time while playing with some of the EveryMatrix casinos a few years ago. NetEnt slots would say playing from Malta and then MG slots would say playing from Curacao! Shocker, right! :o

I still believe that's totally alright though and as long as the relevant gaming provider is duly licensed by the same regulatory body which licensed the relevant casino operator where you play their games.

Think I'm going to ask my company for a secondment at the UKGC, Software Provider and a casino  ;)

IMHO. 99% of their games are rubbish.

PIMPED is the only game worth playing.

I love most of their slots, some are rubbish you right,

But what about Viking Runecraft, Multi Fruit, Moon Princess those can produce wins that Pimped could never even dream off.

I’m having a ball on reactoonz at the moment. Last 3 sessions have all had 750 x plus wins. It will eventually turn...

My view of play n go is that you need to invest in them. It may require 1k spins plus etc and many deposits but they tend to give you an excellent return.

However some I’m not keen on - sorry Fiekie but I can’t warm to moon princess. Good at lower stakes but no luck 2 quid or above. And house of doom is absolute guff.

There lies the difference between png and BTG for example - I have more belief that png will pay than the other.
