yes you was right the wait is killing me affecting my health getting lack of sleep, again today i had a call from mansion who again  wanted to see proof of income i only get £1000 a month and after that its just online casino winnings, they can not give me money can they because i earn way less then what i am withdrawing can they

I would rather say it is the Mansion Casino who's having unresolved complaints with us and not AskGamblers with them. Small, but important moment nonetheless...

 

Now, if you case get closed as Unresolved eventually, you have no other option but to chase your problem further the relevant ADR which Mansion have chosen to be handle their complaints service.

The main problem...as I can see it now, my friend...is that the casino is trying to pin you as a problemed gambler...

your huge bets do not tally with the amount you earn every month!

 

So...please...play responsibly next time...avoid huge bets because it doesn't justify your monthly earnings!

Anyway, hope the casino will settle this matter soon for you...and pay you your winnings.
