Erroneous 25EUR Bet At Mystake Casino

Today, I signed up at Mystake Casino, made a 20EUR deposit and claimed it's 150% first deposit bonus. It carries a 30x deposit +bonus wagering, which is high and not to my liking, and no free spins are given with the bonus either. First impression...stingy casino!

I played on a few Gamomat games, betting only on 10 cents and 20 cents (except up to 36 cents on NetEnt's Who's The Bride game), and I was last playing at 5 cents bets on Roman Legion when the bet SUDDENLY CHANGED into 25EUR, without my seeing or knowing it, and I lost all my 25 EUR remaining balance with that one stupid spin!!!

The max bet allowed is 5EUR per spin, we all know that, so the system should not have allowed any bets to go above that amount when playing with bonus money! So how the fark did my bet suddenly went up from 5 cents to 25EUR in the next spin???

I made a complaint via their Live Chat host, he checked the system, reported back that there was nothing wrong in their system, so refused to refund me back my lost 25EUR bet. He offered a blardy 20 free spins instead...as a compensation and goodwill...???!!!

I told him "forget it!" and am now thinking of closing my newly opened account, even though my account has just been verified!

I am not satisfied with their customer support, I am not satisfied that no controlling measure is in place to prevent any bets going over 5EUR, intentionally or otherwise, and I really don't know what other things can and would go wrong at this MISTAKE casino!!!

Had similar experience with some casinos back in the early Direx days...  Always with some of the less popular providers and never with the big ones.  None of the issues solved in my favor simply because the lack of proofs that it wasn't me who changed the stupid bet...

And ditto with this Mistake casino as well. They say it's not a glitch in their system, yet the bet changed from 5 cts to 25Eur without my moving the cursor from the spin button at all!

Clicking below minimum bet taking you to max bet in some places, the location of the bet max buttons...almost like they're put there on purpose 

Why do you even need a max button? I mean who, aside from Streamers playing with fairy dust make believe money, actually uses it?

Maybe its a good idea to record your session in case these glitches happen or maybe sometimes its human error. In the case of Roman Legion there is an autoplay button in between the spin and max bet button. Some other providers have the spin and max bets too close together.

Agreed...that Max Bet button is redundant for most players. With Gamomat games, the Max Bet button is to the left of the Autospin button, and on the right of which is the Spin button, so there's no mistaking in making a max bet instead of making a spin. I was playing on manual spins anyway, so once again, there was no reason for me to go to the Autospin button either.

Yeah, it's a good idea to do a recording of each playing session to be on the safe side, but that's purely nonsense for me...a complete waste of my time and effort...then requiring me to delete that recording after the play session. Inconvenience after inconvenience.

If anyone else is even thinking of signing up at this mistake Mystake Casino, better go somewhere else! The Live Chat may be friendly, but the Support Team is totally hopeless when it comes to issues such as this. Imagine if I had made a win and a withdrawal...it would simply be rejected because I had played on a 25EUR bet...and the casino would simply refute any arguments I may put forward to them! Furthermore, the wagering is a high 30x deposit+bonus, so that's one more not-good point to note.

Blackjax mistook the casino's name as Mistake Casino earlier on when Kayenne posted his casino review...and I saw it as Mistake Casino too...now it's truly a BIG MISTAKE on my side!

I've had a similar experience too however, years ago and slightly different. I accidentally clicked maximum bet which on this game ws £10 which was the exact balance I had left too.  I contacted support and asked them to check my betting history to clearly see I had never once made any kind of bets even close to that. They actually credited me the full £10 back, can't remember the casino now. 

Can you take the matter further with the casino or are they a firm no in credited the wrongly taken money?

The Live Chat host had referred the matter to the technical team but they refuted the error in their system, so refused to refund me back that 25EUR bet. I told them that I only play with very small bets, it can be seen from the bets history too (which they did), but insisted that they cannot refund me the money. What a BLARDY STUPID REASONING!!!

Hope other players would seriously take note of this...do not assume that the Support Team would always help you out...they don't!

Aww, gutted for you! They can clearly see from your bet history this was a mistake/glitch/error, I feel it's pure ignorance on their behalf to not reimburse you! Another one bites the dust I guess then?

Last night I sent an email to the casino, complained about their illogical reasoning and refusal to refund my lost 25EUR bet, sent them a link to this topic, and finally requested for a permanent closure of my account.

Several minutes later, they closed my account. Case closed.
