Used to be a good casino. Used to have a good choice of games and good bonuses. Used to treat players with some respect and used to have good support.

Everything has fallen off a cliff in the last 4 months. (see my complaint with askgamblers resolved).
The casino is limiting all players to 100 euro withdrawals per week and then taking 10 days to process them.
The casino is not handling players' complaints in regard to addiction correctly and when you attempt to close your account and have your balance returned they still attempt to withhold balances.
I assume this is all to do with tax year end and cash flow.

Please stay away ppl! Do not sign up here! Great game selection to lure customers to sign up. Great welcome offer too.

Here is the reason not to play at this casino.

6.12. Should the lifetime deposits of a player be less than, or equal to €500, their maximum withdrawal amount is 10(X) times the amount of their last deposit, minus any fees. For example, a player whose last deposit was €20 is only entitled to withdraw a maximum of 20 x 10 = €200.

This rule applies very well and they mean it. Lets say you deposit 50€ and win 2000€ they WILL only pay out 500€ in total and the rest of the amount you have to play away! This rule is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life with an online gambling site.

Ok, next problem is withdrawals. They keep cancelling my withdrawal and limiting me. They say in the rule that you can withdraw up to 1500€ in the week, but this is not true, you must reach a high VIP level and that costs a lot of money (5000€ to reach silver vip). You can only withdraw 500€ in week now and this is not all, if you are lucky to receive your money one time before they keep cancelling your withdrawal and set your limit to 100€ in week and they tell me to be more active and increase your VIP status.

Rule here, but it ain't true anymore. limit now is 500€ in the week and not 1500€ as stated.

Winnings may currently be withdrawn up to 1500 Euros per calendar week, except for VIP Bronze and VIP Chrome be up to 500 Euros per calendar week. You can make up to 4 withdrawals a month without charge. Each additional withdrawal transaction shall be charged a 60 Euro fee. We may change the above minimum amounts from time to time at our discretion.*

Support here tells me that I gain point through playing slots, deposits, and time spent on the site. Well, only one of these is correct! Hold your horses now, the only thing that counts on VIP level is DEPOSIT MONEY into their site and you GAIN 50 points for every 100€ you put in. And this is not all, they will not increase your withdrawal limit if you even encounter a higher VIP status.

Support is not friendly and they are constantly on a lie for you to deposit more money! Don't believe a word they are saying because everything they say is a bluff or a lie. Please stay away from this group. They have 5 casino sites and all of them have the same rules! I hope ppl see this and askgamblers will publish this, because this is true!

Good games and game providers and the customer support is accommodating. Bonuses are alright but not too exciting. The site can put more effort on that one.

There are too few options for withdrawals and they are all difficult to setup except for Bitcoin. Not a very engaging and exciting site, I think they should give players like me more offers so I can stay.

The verification took a couple of weeks. You can only withdrawal up to 1500 per week. I deposited once without issues. 2nd one, it’s been charged from my banking, but they labeled the transaction as failed. Zero information about it for 5 days, after I contacted them twice. Everything went well until my last Withdrawl. Withdrawl €1300,- and still had more than €400 as balance. I though I Will cancel the withdrawal and increase it to €1500,-. But after my cancelling €400+ as money disappeared. I contact the support and they tell my you have cancel with the withdrawal also your bonus/ wagner. There was any warning, nothing when I make the cancel. They explain me that I have left €116 an balance with my first withdrawal then play a bonus game and won 38€ with the €38 I won €400+. But With all respect if there was an warning than I had never make the cancel. This is not customer frindly!
