Everything has fallen off a cliff in the last 4 months. (see my complaint with askgamblers resolved).
The casino is limiting all players to 100 euro withdrawals per week and then taking 10 days to process them.
The casino is not handling players' complaints in regard to addiction correctly and when you attempt to close your account and have your balance returned they still attempt to withhold balances.
I assume this is all to do with tax year end and cash flow.

Here is the reason not to play at this casino.

6.12. Should the lifetime deposits of a player be less than, or equal to €500, their maximum withdrawal amount is 10(X) times the amount of their last deposit, minus any fees. For example, a player whose last deposit was €20 is only entitled to withdraw a maximum of 20 x 10 = €200.

This rule applies very well and they mean it. Lets say you deposit 50€ and win 2000€ they WILL only pay out 500€ in total and the rest of the amount you have to play away! This rule is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life with an online gambling site.

Ok, next problem is withdrawals. They keep cancelling my withdrawal and limiting me. They say in the rule that you can withdraw up to 1500€ in the week, but this is not true, you must reach a high VIP level and that costs a lot of money (5000€ to reach silver vip). You can only withdraw 500€ in week now and this is not all, if you are lucky to receive your money one time before they keep cancelling your withdrawal and set your limit to 100€ in week and they tell me to be more active and increase your VIP status.

Rule here, but it ain't true anymore. limit now is 500€ in the week and not 1500€ as stated.

Support here tells me that I gain point through playing slots, deposits, and time spent on the site. Well, only one of these is correct! Hold your horses now, the only thing that counts on VIP level is DEPOSIT MONEY into their site and you GAIN 50 points for every 100€ you put in. And this is not all, they will not increase your withdrawal limit if you even encounter a higher VIP status.

Support is not friendly and they are constantly on a lie for you to deposit more money! Don't believe a word they are saying because everything they say is a bluff or a lie. Please stay away from this group. They have 5 casino sites and all of them have the same rules! I hope ppl see this and askgamblers will publish this, because this is true!

Good games and game providers and the customer support is accommodating. Bonuses are alright but not too exciting. The site can put more effort on that one.

There are too few options for withdrawals and they are all difficult to setup except for Bitcoin. Not a very engaging and exciting site, I think they should give players like me more offers so I can stay.

Support is very helpful and polite. Okay, game selection. Allot of different Payment options. I like that the bonuses are non sticky and you can play any game without restrictions while having an active bonus.

The verification took a couple of weeks. You can only withdrawal up to 1500 per week. My last withdrawal took 3 weeks to process, and you can’t make another withdrawal until the first has been processed. Won 200 in a tournament I never received. And after 3 withdrawals they have lowered my withdrawal limit to 500 a week. Will no longer play at this casino.

I remember that time they only had withdrawals via wire transfer even though you could deposit via any method. Minimum withdrawal was 100, but I am sure it's changed now.

I see they offer withdrawals to e-wallets now which is good. So, I will gladly claim bonuses here, but have no hope of completing wagering. I always hope to hit it big with my deposited funds. Because of the high wager they lose points by me.

Not so many casinos target the french or belgian market so this is the main reason I decided to give a try to Machance casino. Honestly you won't find there anything you haven't seen before but they have a nice selection of slots. I played there for 3 weeks, doubled my 500 euros and got out before I could lose it. I didn't have any issues with withdrawals though I did leave some money in the account for the future.

The casino looks like a fake casino or the customer support are scammers, I had a bad experience there, I won and never received the win, I have submitted a complaint here I thought it may help but nothing,(If the support ask from you pictures for credit cards with CVV. and when you didn't use this method of deposit, Don't send anything, it had happened to me, I made a deposit with skill, I have verified the account but they ask for my credit cards and E-Wallet passwords. ect..

Quite a few gameproviders, but i only personally only like Microgaming and Pragmatic, so not that much choice for me. the worst thing about this casino for me was the endless wait for a simple withdrawal. i was very quick with uploading my documents, but even after verficiation, it took around 5 businessdays (8 in total) for a 100bucks withdrawal.

The next withdrawal had the same problem, pending for days, then finally they asked for additional docs. Mind you, I am all for KYC. but i had uploaded a total of 6!! documents, and now iIhad to upload 2 more (selfie with cc/selfie with ID). So 8 docs in total.
Even though my docs are approved for a couple of days now, my 2nd withdrawal is still pending, to me, this is not acceptable.

Conclusion, the wagering is crazy (x90), it takes forever to withdrawal and the KYC procedure is terrible. All in all not a great casino, especially compared to other new casinos thats are doing an amazing job.
