I have been waiting since 23 Dec for verification and withdrawals.
I have submitted 3 different types of documents and still have not completed the verification process.
Every time I write to support I get the same answer saying it takes 24 to 48 hours and our responsible department is doing everything to get you verified. They keep saying because of the heavy workload it might take longer but doesn't say how long.
Can't believe some casinos can be this unresponsive and careless.
This is my worst experience ever dealing with any online casinos.
