I have been waiting since 23 Dec for verification and withdrawals.

I have submitted 3 different types of documents and still have not completed the verification process.

Every time I write to support I get the same answer saying it takes 24 to 48 hours and our responsible department is doing everything to get you verified. They keep saying because of the heavy workload it might take longer but doesn't say how long.

Can't believe some casinos can be this unresponsive and careless.

This is my worst experience ever dealing with any online casinos.

Still nothing has happened. I have been completely ignored. I keep receiving the email from support saying they are doing everything to complete the verification process and have a huge workload. Doesn’t let me contact their responsible department. Only intention is to hold people’s withdrawal until they get impatient and gamble back their withdrawals. No way in hell I am not going to chase this fraud company out of Denmark.

The account is verified but I haven’t been paid my withdrawals in full. Mr Bet is still holding my withdrawals. My total withdrawals has been splited by Mr Bet themselves and processed some of them but still not processing the rest. I asked the support but doesn’t get any accurate answers. I wonder how long it will take for them to process the rest. Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare.

It’s very strange that first two withdrawals are processed on Monday and other are no where to be seen until Thursday evening. It should not take for your payment provider that long when the transaction ID are almost coherent.

Here it is as you asked sir. Well you can see the transaction ID differ by few numbers yet they are not processed until the end of the week while the first two could be processed on Monday. Well I guess now it’s weekend your payment provider are not working and then on Monday they are probably going to process one or two transactions if I’m lucky enough and let it hanging for another week or another month. Why can’t all the withdrawals be processed same time. It’s been 3 weeks now sir. Don’t you feel a little bit shame for holding withdrawals like this?

Sir I don’t wish to cancel any transaction but I wish my withdrawals now so I can close my account with Mr Bet. You are very quick if anyone needs to cancel their withdrawals however takes you forever to process the withdrawals when the transaction ID are coherent. As you said you are going to investigate the matter closely when I provide the transaction ID but that hasn’t helped a bit. Everything you just wrote exactly translates to we are not willing to release your withdrawals under any circumstances but we will keep you hanging forever for no reason and shower you with all the sweet professional messages and support to buy us time so that you get frustrated and gamble back the withdrawals.
At this point it is hard to believe that Mr Bet is serious online casino as non of the payment providers takes over 10 days to release a payment when transaction ID is coherent. Lastly, I have reported Mr Bet to the police for online scam and is going to post all over the gambling groups and channels to stay away from this casino.
