Although I have been playing as a VIP customer for years and my playing style has never changed. I won 85,000 euros and the casino transferred 5,000 euros twice. And suddenly I was blocked. According to them, my winnings have been written off.
I was always told by email that I still had money in my account and should play with it.
This time I wanted to have the money paid out and not play. As mentioned, my account was blocked afterwards.

Casino has informed us that they can not provide any relevant update on the matter until the investigation finishes. Therefore, we have no other choice but to close the complaint as unresolved at this stage.

I don't understand why Mr.Bet is dragging this out. I've been waiting for my winnings for more than a month. I'm being kept waiting with excuses like talking to my lawyer, even though I haven't hired a lawyer. If they treat a VIP customer like that, how do they treat new customers? Mr.Bet is not acting seriously in this case. I want my money!!!
