The online casino has blocked me without giving a reason. I am accused of having violated the terms and conditions. (according to section 3.1.7 We reserve the right to reject or terminate a member account at our own discretion)

Although I have been playing as a VIP customer for years and my playing style has never changed. I won 85,000 euros and the casino transferred 5,000 euros twice. And suddenly I was blocked. According to them, my winnings have been written off.

I was always told by email that I still had money in my account and should play with it.

This time I wanted to have the money paid out and not play. As mentioned, my account was blocked afterwards.

I am attaching these emails as screenshots.

I am asking for help.

I have been a verified player for years. Since I registered with Mr.Bet, I have played as I always have. I have never benefited from bonuses, but have always used my own money.
Because I was a VIP customer, I was also given an iPad. After I won over €80,000, I was transferred €5,000 twice. I am attaching proof.
E-mails were also sent saying that I still had money in my account and should play. Although this time I wanted my winnings paid out. I am attaching proof. Suddenly I was blocked and the reason given was paragraph 3.1.7. I then wanted to know what kind of violation I had committed. Unfortunately, I was not given any further information other than paragraph 3.1.7.
Paragraph 3.1.7 does not explain the facts. It simply states that the casino reserves the right to simply block customers.
They only did this because they didn't want to pay out my money. I insist on my money.

I would also like to see all the evidence. I am not being helped in this regard. I was recently told that I had hired a lawyer. Which is definitely not true. Withdrawals were approved until the end of July 2024, as were deposits for playing. What has changed now that I am being blocked?

I want the money I have earned. This is a rip-off!!

I don't understand why Mr.Bet is dragging this out. I've been waiting for my winnings for more than a month. I'm being kept waiting with excuses like talking to my lawyer, even though I haven't hired a lawyer. If they treat a VIP customer like that, how do they treat new customers?
