Hallo ich habe einen Gewinn bei viggoslots.com gewonnen

Das ist jetzt eine kleine Ewigkeit Heer, habe einmal 800 Euro und einmal 3000 Euro in der Auszahlung

Seid Tagen versucht mich das casino hin zu halten , wieder mal wollen sie das ich mich ferifiziere ( was aber auch schon wieder erledigt ist , und von viggoslots abgesichert wurde das war am 1.8

Seid 2 Tagen erhalte ich nicht mal mehr eine Antwort 😡 eine mega Frechheit wie die mit guten Kunden umgehen ....

Das letzte mal das ich eine Unterhaltung geführt habe war vor 2 Tagen da gar man mir gesagt das mein Guthaben angeblich solange eingefroren ist bis sie also viggoslots entsprechende Untersuchung gemacht hat , ich weiß weder wie lange ich Warzen soll noch gibt es irgend einen grund dafür .... echt geld Guthaben, kein bonus genutzt öfter schon Kleinigkeit rausgeht und auch schon sehr lange verifiziert ( und trotzdem musste ich es wieder machen 😡)

Hey, ich weiß nicht ob es euch reicht wenn ich Emails Screenshot mit einfüge. Sollte es nicht für eine Beschwerde ausreichen lasse ich das Thema auf sich beruhen. Vielleicht habe ich ja auch einfach Unrecht. Ich danke euch aber das ihr euch das wenigstens anschaut:)

Heute morgen hatte ich dann doch noch ne Antwort. Das man jackpot spiele sieht wenn man sie öffnet. Hab es getestet. Das selbe Spiel auf gemacht. Man muss sobald das Spiel lädt auf der Startseite des Spiels zur Seite bis ganz nach hinten swipen.. also weiß nicht... finde so was gehört an den anfang

Hallo, ich habe bei Viggoslots eine Auszahlung von 670 Euro beantragt. 700 Euro waren drauf . Da es aber ein Umsatzfree Bonus war , habe ich 30 Euro Bonus Geld nicht abgehoben. Nach einer Weile kam die Mail das die Auszahlung storniert wurde aufgrund das ich ein Verbotenes spiel gespielt habe. Und man zeigte mir die Liste. Ich fand das Spiel darauf nicht. Ich spiele dort oft und hatte dort auch nie Probleme. Ich schrieb eine Mail zurück wo denn dieses Spiel steht. Dann kam die Antwort es sei ein jackpot Spiel " Fear to dark " heißt es glaube ich. Dies ist für mich nirgends ersichtlich gewesen. Ich suchte auf der Seite die Kategorie aber ich fand es nicht. Ich spiele dort auch oft im Bonus Playson spiele. Dort kann man ja auch Mini Major usw gewinnen das wären doch auch jackpot Spiele oder? Aber da hatte ich bei Auszahlung dann nie ein Problem. Das Fear to dark spielte ich auch erst ziemlich am Ende. Und ich meine wenn bei Viggoslots ein bonus aktiv ist, kann man solche Spiele auch nur mit echt Geld spielen. Ich fragte das Casino ob man mir die Kategorie zeigen könne wo ersichtlich ist das es sich im einen jackpot handelt. Aber ich bekam keine Antwort mehr. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob die Stornierung gerechtfertigt ist und wende mich deswegen an euch. Ich hoffe das ihr mir helfen könnt. Liebe Grüße Nadine

Good selection of games with many different providers, simple layout, easy to navigate on the site and support is good when they are available to answer.

When you register It's not possible to opt-out from marketing spam to your email.

Slow withdrawals:
Asked support why 2 of my withdrawal was processed in 2days and withdrawals that I made 1 hour later wasn't processed in 4days, when asked about this I got told copypaste response of "Financial team having workload" seems like they are delaying the withdrawals on purpose. When the support Isn't available (10-23:00 most of the heavy gamblers time they are offline) you cannot self exclude, lock your account, or add gambling limits, only deposit limits.

They advertise cashback on their site but don't tell any details how It's accumulated, I gambled around 45000€ and lost it all and got around 176€ cashback, don't bother playing for the ridiculous cashback.

They are under Curacao license so you will probably end paying taxes if you are winning depending on your location. When I asked to close my account on one of their sister casino I suddenly got a reply from "viggoslots" from the other sites email. "Account holders may only withdraw the maximum amount of € 15,000 per month, unless a larger amount has been agreed with Viggoslots. Then the Account holder is paid an amount of € 15,000 per month until all winnings has been received."


They advertise themselves as "fast withdraw" casino:
"4.7 Viggoslots's finance department may take up to 48 hours in order to process player's withdrawal requests." and when it takes 2 times longer than promised they just reply with copypaste response "Sorry for the workload of the financial team"

If you are playing here ( probably because you have closed any other good/legit casinos) contact support immediately when they are available and set your betting limits so even though you can cancel the withdrawals that have taken over 3-4 days to process you can't play with. They conclude in the terms and conditions 7.1 that "The player may choose at his discretion to limit the amount that is allowed to deposit, lose and/or wager during any day period selected" and 7.3 The player may at his discretion choose to limit his ability to access the Account (log in) for indefinite time in which the account will not be accessible again. and 7.4 The player may choose to limit his ability to access the Account (log in) for a time period of his choice, during which his account will not be accessible and the remaining funds will be frozen. The player will be able to use them after the expiration of the time period defined or he can request to be transferred back to his bank account. 7.5 All limitations mentioned above can be set by the player through the account ‘Cashier’ ‘Limits’ section on our portal.

This simply isn't true, you can only choose deposit limits from the limits section. Sketchy casino with nothing to backup their claims, avoid if possible.

Viggoslots Casino is a trustworthy site. I have not had any negative experiences playing its games and even withdrawing my funds. In fact, I emphasizing the latter because it is my favourite feature.

The only drawback is that it has limited selection of live games. Viggoslots was founded in 2017, but newly released online casinos have more and fresh (even exclusive) live dealer titles. Nevertheless, what is more important is that it provides a software proven fair.

Wide range of games you won’t get paid on if you win.

A $100 withdrawal I won got approved through Bitcoin. Then won more and tried to cash out $1000, which got rejected. Then tried $1100 it got rejected. Again through the same process Bitcoin. Was then asked to try bank transfer.
The site is a joke and live support has no answers.
Never play here! You will not get payed. They will delay the payment.

Not much to like really if you're in Australia hardly anything works and the no wager bonus seems nice at first but you literally cant withdraw unless you deposit $100 minimum bonus because bitcoin withdrawal doesn't work (deposit works apperently) only wire transfer which has min $500.

Everything.....there is literally no staff support they reply via emails sometimes. I should have read the reviews for this casino, lesson learnt although this experience still gives me anxiety that its literally put me off online casinos. I should have seen warning signs 1st time I deposit using bitcoin took awhile and I followed the bitcoin address that was given and I could see it was deposited on the address but staff says still not confirmed and staff says may take 72hrs otherwise pay will be reversed well guess what it didn't and that $56 worth of bitcoin still at that address never to return to me. The only negative part is: The welcome bonus is not usable. I always read the terms and conditions very carefully:
