I go to talk with support in liveschat. They end my chat and disappear from page. I don't understand I just ask for what I deserve but I did see them on game. They say can't help anything.

But with that being said, I believe their terms and conditions for welcome bonus aren't great or player friendly. I can understand that the minimum deposit to claim bonus is 25eur, that's not too bad, however, the wagering requirements for the match bonus are 40x deposit+bonus which in my opinion is incredibly high and I wouldn't claim an offer like that.
