Pokerstars is by far one of the best Casinos i ever played on. I won money here on their site and they closed my account. However, once i confirmed my identity my account was reopened. This is one of the few Casinos i've played at that actually seemed to offer the RTP that was advertised. I can say for sure, if it wasn't for my tilting on the baccarat table, i would be in huge profit from their Casino. I lost 1 or 2 thousand pound in the poker rooms over a period of 4 or 5 years. When i started to play casino, i won everything i lost on the poker back plus more. Extra chilli, genie megaways and Blackjack live. The game selection is massive.. whether it be slots, poker or live games. I think it might be the best Casino i've played at for selection of games on offer.

Account frozen... won't reply to any emails. I can predict bad beats so often on this sites poker tables that it became scary for a while. I started to doubt reality. Things were bad when playing one tournament at a time , but when i started to fire up 4 to 6 tournament at a time, i totally thought i might be some sort of Psychic or something.
I was able to predict a certain card and suit coming out on the river with such accuracy, 6 tables at a time, every 5 minutes, that i at one stage was very tempted to pick up the phone and call my local police station to offer my psychic abilities to them for free to help fight crime in my local area. That's how convinced this poker site made me that i was able to predict the future when i wanted to. Lot's of old pro streamers left this site for party poker. I went with them, too. I would, however, love to get my account open again to play at theor Casino. Maybe it's just luck... but it seemed better win rates than any other i have played at. And i play them all :)

I've played poker at Stars for some time and often ventured into the casino games section of the poker client after hitting something lucky on the tables, so trying out their dedicated online casino seemed like a natural first step. I was pleased to find that I still qualified for a bonus despite the accounts being shared between both poker and casino as many times that isn't the case with online gaming sites.

As part of the same operation its logical that Stars casino offers the same super speedy withdrawals as their poker room. Usually that means I receive my payout request in less than half an hour, although there is occasionally a blip and it might take a couple of hours - still very much acceptable. Randomly I've also had the money arrive just a few moments after pressing the withdrawal button too so perhaps they have a fixed schedule or something like that which I just haven't noticed!

Game selection is great and includes the unusual combination of Playtech, Microgaming and NetEnt, along with lots of other smaller names. I'd like to see Play'N'Go added to the roster at some stage, but there's certainly enough choice to keep me entertained as far as slots are concerned.

I'm not so keen on the table games offered here - the versions of Blackjack and Roulette seem to be either exclusive to stars or very rare elsewhere on the web and I've been particularly unlucky when I've tried them, especially the blackjack which I simply wouldn't ever play again at this point.

Also, the lack of a live chat feature is a huge omission these days - you have to imagine they have support staff working round the clock so why not add this basic and wholly expecteed functionality to the casino?! It's not a deal breaker for me and, as I play poker mainly on Stars, I expect I'll continue to play casino games here for some time to come. Nevertheless, if your not a poker fan then I'd probably go for one of the other top-rated casinos instead.

They are holding my funds because I am traveling from Malta - Sweden.
They email me asking why I have logged in from another country (No different laws regarding gambling -btw)
Didnt use any bonuses while betting.
Took them 6 days to reply on the email where I ask where my funds are.
They then request documents on the 1st of January - I email them on the 4th. No reply yet. No confirmation on that they received them or nothing. If you want fast payments and you appreciate good service, don't play here. ( All I care about)

Fun poker site for playing low level poker, some good slots, good platform for transferring money to casino, poker, sportsbets... I tend to play low level limits... so play for fun.

What annoyed me was when you deposit and withdraw - changing euro to dollar you lose out on currency exchange, I only worked this out when I wondered why my profits where 100 dollars less overall the year- due to depositing and withdrawing at different rates - rather than the same rate... this was fixed, after contacting them, but was too late to recoup losses. (thats the euro and dollar part for deposits). No warning tho for players on deposits and can save money.
