Kurz zur erläuterung meines Problems :

Also ich habe vorhige Woche ein Konto bei Pockerstars angelegt...

Geld eingezahlt und einen Bonus erhalten....

gespielt und gewonnen C.a. 200 Euro!

Kurz darauf erschien beim anmelden folgendes :

Was ich auch gleich gemacht habe, einmal dierekt uber den Suport auf der webseite von Pockerstars und einmel über meine E-mailadresse die ich für mein Konto hinterlegt habe.

Darauf hin bekamm ich eine Mail das mein Sars Konto nicht gefunden werden kann und ich soll alle meine Daten wie ID, Anschrift, usw. schicken um es zu finden was ich auch wieder gleich gemacht habe wieder einmal über den Suport umd einmal von meiner E-mail.

Nicht mal 5 Minuten später erihlt ich die Gleich Mail wieder... das Konto kann angeblich nicht gefunden werden ich soll alle Daten schicken.

Da habe ich geantwortet..." Was soll das ich möchte eine richtige Antwort warum es gespert wurde und das es wieder freigeschalten werden soll"..

Die Antwort von Pockerstars ... Das Konto kann nicht gefunden werden senden sie uns alle Daten...

Ich habe jetzt jeden Tag bis Heute versucht mich mit Pockerstas in verbindung zu setzen und hab immerwider nur ein und die selbe E-Mail erhalten.

Ich habe am 26.3.2020 bei Pokerstars Casino eine EInzahlung von 20,- via Paysafecard getätigt. Die Einzahlung wurde bestätigt und von meiner Karte abgezogen (siehe Anhang). Die Freispiele wurden gutgeschrieben, der EInzahlungsbetrag + Bonus allerdings nicht. Ich habe mehrere Mails an den Support geschrieben, jedoch nie eine Antwort erhalten. Ich möchte gerne mein Geld zurück bzw. die Einzahlung + Bonus gutgeschrieben haben.

Habe im casino bei ps slot ge.spielt, der bestens lief bis die bonussymbole erschienen. in diesem moment wurde der slot geschlossen. ein erneutes öffnen war nicht möglich mit der meldung: Spiel wird aufgrund eines fehlers geschlossen. dies geschah vor 5 tagen und das problem besteht weiterhin. Ein bekannter der ebenfalls bei pokerstars registriert ist loggte sich dann von meinem laptop (also derselbe der fehlermeldung bringt) mit seinem account ein und konnte das spiel ohne probleme öffnen, so das es also nicht an der software oder falschen einstellungen meinerseits liegen kann. Pokerstars reagiert auf keine meiner mails. Keinerlei reaktion , geschweige denn klärung bzw erklärung wieso nur bei meinem account das spiel nicht zu öffnen ist und somit der bonus nicht spielbar ist.screenshots habe ich gemacht..mit der fehlermeldung und 1 minute später nach einloggen meines bekannten die zeigt das er es öffnen konnte. mir sieht das sehr nach kalkulierter trennung auf direkt bei bonuserhalt.vielleiht könnt ihr ja auch was bewirken, das ich den bonus noch spielen kann.5 tage mit vielen mails und keinerlei reaktion vom anbieter sind zudem eine frechheit . im anhang 2 der screenshots von meinem account sowie dem account meines bekannten. alles von ein und demselben laptop und internetverbindung.

Seit dem 15.10 warte ich darauf das meine Dokumente bearbeitet werden zur abschlißenden Verifizierung. Gleichzeitig mit der Bestätigung meiner eingegangenen Dokumente wurde mir eine 48 Std. Spielsperre auferlegt. Diese hätte eigentlich am 17.10 am frühren Morgen wieder aufgehoben werden sollen. Ich wurde gebeten am 17.10 nochmals per Mail an den Support heranzutreten um die Freigabe zu veranlassen. Dieser bitte bin ich nachgekommen. Allerdings wurde bis heute weder die Einschränkung aufgehoben, noch wurde mein Account abschließend verfiziert.

The obstruction process from PokerStars has included multiple acts of bad faith, but I wish to focus on three key events that demonstrate a pattern of manipulation:

First Deception (May 26, 2025): After a month of a frustrating verification process, I received two official emails from PokerStars informing me that my account had been "reinstated." However, upon attempting to withdraw my funds, I discovered the account was still restricted. When I complained, they responded that the account was under a "security review," proving the reinstatement notification was deceptive.

Second Deception (June 8, 2025): The pattern repeated. I received another official email assuring me my account was verified and active. Again, this was false. The account remained blocked.

The Final Low Blow (July 11, 2025): This was the most cruel and calculated act. The sequence of events was as follows:

a. The False Resolution (11:32 AM): I received an email from agent "Saketh" with "very good news," confirming my account was reinstated. This time, I was able to log in, giving me a real sense of relief and resolution.

b. The Cashier Trap: My sole intention was to withdraw my funds and end my relationship with the site. Upon accessing the cashier, all my withdrawal requests were blocked with an "unexpected error" message. Access to my money was still an illusion.

c. The Live Chat Stall: Seeking help, I contacted live chat. An agent deliberately kept me waiting for 30 minutes without providing any solution, increasing my anxiety.

d. The Punitive Closure: At the end of the wait, and without any explanation, my session was terminated. When I tried to log back in, the final message appeared: "Your Stars Account has been closed."

Analysis from a Responsible Gaming Perspective:

PokerStars' actions constitute a total failure in their duty of care and clear psychological abuse:

Deliberate Emotional Manipulation: The pattern of falsely reinstating an account only to block it again is a manipulation tactic that creates a cycle of hope and despair. It is extremely damaging to any player's well-being.

Creation of a Hostile and Unsafe Gaming Environment: A responsible operator must ensure a safe environment. PokerStars has done the opposite, creating an unpredictable, stressful, and punitive experience.

Punishment for Attempting to Withdraw Funds: I was penalized at the exact moment I tried to exercise my right to withdraw my own winnings. This is not only unfair but sends a dangerous message to the entire player community.

Requested Resolution:

I request the mediation of AskGamblers to achieve two objectives:

The immediate release of all funds that PokerStars is wrongfully withholding in my account.
