I like that they offer a nice variety of games. They offer cash games for any bankroll and several different tournaments each day. they have sit n goes, heads up, Omaha, and many others. the wait isn't bad for these games.

1.MacBook OS software "Catalina" doesn't work. Geolocation won't work with this software and after trying to fix this twice, the outcome was to play on another device.
2. I then tried to play a tournament on my Ipad. During the game, I tried hitting the "in play" button for tournament info. It won't show "players remaining" or "my current position". This information is very important when in the middle of a game. I had to rely on asking my opponents (playing on windows) via chat. When I contacted support regarding this issue it appeared as though they didn't read my email. They sent me screenshots on how to find "your position" on a computer. I clearly stated in the email that I couldn't play on my laptop and this problem was on an iPad. Issue hasn't been resolved to my knowledge. I'm not 100 percent sure because they froze my account (see #4).
3. Be careful of the Blackjack I ran down a couple hundred fairly quickly playing by the book blackjack. The house seemed to always have a 20 or make 21 anytime my bet was higher. I understand this can happen because it's a game of chance but it happened enough and took my money quick for me to be skeptical now. please proceed with caution.
4.After getting my butt kicked in BJ, I made another deposit. After which they froze my account pending verification. (Isn't that nice? They take my money through a very shady BJ game, I go to deposit more money for them, and they freeze my account!). I sent in everything they asked for that day (carefully followed their instructions). The message says verification usually takes "minutes". It's been days and they have failed to respond to any of my several emails. How about freeze people's accounts when they try to make a withdrawal instead of not allowing them to play?

I would consider all other poker sites before depositing money in this site. Support/communication is one of the most important things when choosing an online gaming site. This site is the worst you can get.

Same as everyone else happily playing a game. Error message came up your account has been locked for a security check this should be resolved within minutes. 6 days later no emails no response, have sent 1 email every day and been of live chat everyday. Balance is locked so cannot withdraw or even access anything. I have been playing here approx 10 years plenty of deposits and cashouts fully verified, sent them more recent docs last sunday but no response

Hello. I am currently being ignored by PokerStars Casino regarding my account being restricted randomly. Pokerstars is by far one of the best Casinos i ever played on. I won money here on their site and they closed my account. However, once i confirmed my identity my account was reopened. This is one of the few Casinos i've played at that actually seemed to offer the RTP that was advertised. I can say for sure, if it wasn't for my tilting on the baccarat table, i would be in huge profit from their Casino. I lost 1 or 2 thousand pound in the poker rooms over a period of 4 or 5 years. Account frozen... won't reply to any emails. I can predict bad beats so often on this sites poker tables that it became scary for a while. I started to doubt reality.
