The live support differs in answers depending on who you get. Sometimes you get a very helpful and polite support and at times you get a live support that totally rejects what you are requesting and can seem quite rude and doesn't check properly. When dealing with live support it really depends who you are speaking with. Other than that its a great casino.

Decent enough welcome bonus with 100% and 50% match and free spins however in my case the spins weren't working. Lots of games and nice enough layout.

I opened an account and deposited $60NZ and got my bonus. I activated my free spins but the game that it was for never wanted to load. Went on to play my deposit most providers wouldn't work due to only most of them working for euros. A lot of other games simply won't let you play because you have a bonus. Be nice if I knew this before hand as I really wanted to play play'n go games. In the end I lost the funds pretty quickly and made another deposit and tried to activate the next lot of free spins and again it wouldnt work and again played my funds with the providers that I could and lost pretty quickly.

So in the end I closed my account and would say it might be a good place if your depositing euros but any other currency obviously they need to spend some time on configuring their games and maybe the whole process.

Im new to this Casino and only played about 5 sessions with one Payout, but I REALLY LIKE it! My one payout was paid instantly without any issues.
