Guten Tag,

am 17 Feb 2024 um 15:29 tätigte ich eine Einzahlung über Sofortüberweisung. Diese war auf Pending und dann auf Abgelehnt wie im Anhang zu sehen. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich Nachweis gesendet dass das Geld vom Konto abgebucht wurde. Habe mit dem Support über 8 mal geschrieben ohne dass sich etwas getan hat. Ich bekomme nur die Aussage unsere Finanzabteilung arbeitet stark dran das Problem zu lösen. das schon seit 2 bis 3 Wochen.

Bitte sendet mir das Geld auf mein Konto schnellstmöglich zurück.

Ich habe am 11.9 eine Auszahlung von € 60,- getätigt schon mehrere Male mit Playamo per Email kommuniziert noch immer nichts auf meinem Bankkonto! Hatte schon mehrere Auszahlungen bis jetzt keine Probleme - Geld war binnen 2 Tagen auf meinem Konto. Bin schon sauer es geht immerhin um einen eher kleinen Betrag! Bitte um Hilfe

Playamo - Playamo zahlt 7400 nicht aus

Hallo zusammen ich habe am 28.05.2020 eine Einzahlung bei Playamo getätigt . Nach kurzen Spins bei Razor Shark hatte ich relativ schnell einen guten Gewinn . Diesen habe ich zur Auszahlung angefordert . Mein Konto wurde selbstverständlich verifiziert. Alle Unterlagen habe ich eingereicht . Seit dem 28.05.2020 warte ich auf 7400€ die leider noch nicht bei mir eingegangen sind . Nach langem Diskussion mit dem Support und nach öfteren belegen anhand von Kontoauszügen das der Betrag noch nicht eingegangen ist , hat Playamo mir ARN Codes gesendet welche ich bei der Bank verfolgen lassen soll. Nun war ich bei meiner Bank diese kann damit gar nichts anfangen. Geld ist immer noch nicht da und der Support fordert immer wieder Beweise das das Geld bei mir nicht eingegangen ist.

Seit den 12.12.19 versuche ich 4000 Euro auszuzahlen ich habe mit einer prepaid kreditkarte einbezahlt und gespielt die karte hab ich im Geschäft gekauft und aufgeladen ich habe mich bei visa wow registriert und habe playamo das zu geschickt ich habe sämtliche angeforderten unterlagen zugeschickt sie möchten meine auszahlung nicht annehmen aus dem Grund weil auf der kreditkarte nicht mein name drauf steht darauf hin hab ich ihnen einen Screenshot geschickt von visa wow wie ich da registriert bin und ich der Inhaber dieser karte bin trotzdem wird auszahlung abgewiesen daraufhin verlangte ich mit einer anderen auszahlungsmethode auszuzahlen ich habe der letzten 90 tage Kontoauszüge zu geschickt sowie adressnachweise und ausweis trotzdem wird das abgelehnt playamo verlange sogar von mir ein Selfie mit ein Stück Papier auf dem stehen sollte hallo playamo sowie das gestriege Datum das ist eine Frechheit desweiteren werde ich nicht in deutsch betreut sondern in englischer Sprache ich habe mehrmals nach deutschsprachigen Personal verlangt diese bitte wird immer abgelehnt ich bekomme immer nur die selbe Meldung ich soll eine Auszahlung anfordern diese wird dann geprüft ich bitte um Hilfe und Lösung des Problems

I play in this casino for a while. After I seen that it’s impossible to win and that their slots behave very strangely, I decided to close my account permanently!! I make a request to live support chat and they told me that they are not able to close my account but they will send my request to the relevant department!! After 48 hours my account it’s still open live chat support always have some excuse like : soon as possible , our team work on your request bla bla bla. All I want to say this casino denies my right to protect my self, and not respect the responsible gambling! So Ask Gemblers I need your help!

Run around in small withdrawal, shame

I’ve been fully verified on this casino for years, and probably should’ve closed my account when they became blacklisted. I requested a withdrawal almost 48 hours ago, and it’s been in a “Live Queue” since. My VIP says to keep waiting. I’ve requested to be paid out and close my account. And just keep getting told to keep waiting's. The withdrawal is super small to an ewallet. It’s unacceptable the inaction.

The mentioned casino does not have a responsible gaming section so I can block myself for an amount of time in order to stop losing. I asked their support to block my account but they keep offering me bonuses in order to just block it because I do not want to be tempted to play there anymore.

Please help if you can because there is no other way for me to fix this.

One successful withdrawal and now cancelled on bigger amount

I am beyond frustrated I am an Australian player and I have gone above and beyond to prove my identity to playamo…. I won $3000 and withdrew that amount and then withdrew $900 via bank transfer they were both processed and all sent to their end (what they said) I successfully got the $900 into my bank and I waited another week or so for the $3000 then I randomly get an email saying I cancelled the withdrawal which I did not.

So then they said I needed to verify my id again and there is a security issue with the L on my identification which is my middle name that’s not printed on my bank card like that but my bank card says My name and I have had a successful withdrawal before with no issue….

Now they have asked me to open a cryptocurrency wallet to have my withdrawal put into instead & apparently once the withdrawal is complete via cryptocurrency my profile will then be deleted!!!?

I am so confused By all this I have done absolutely EVERYTHING to verify my identification and trying to now withdraw $2890 after they let me play through some.

I got that many identifications to prove it’s me & a successful withdrawal into bank and still security says there’s now an issue, not a big surprise they don’t want to give me the larger amount…. When I withdraw the smaller amount the day after and got that not a problem…

Now all these issues for no reason when I have got all my Identification even offered my birth certificate…

I am beyond disappointed and upset with all this.

Hello.
I have only been playing with Online Casinos for a few months.
I tried to cashout at Playamo Casino and after waiting several days, I received an email tonight stating that my cashout has been cancelled! I now have none of that money in my Bank Account or in my Casino Account.
I originally tried to cashout $1502.50 on September 23rd but it was discarded by PlayAmo and the money stayed in my Casino Account. I decided to continue playing. I then tried to cashout $1650.40. On September 28th, after supplying all documentation requested, it was accepted. I received an email stating the money was being sent to my bank. I waited several days for the money to go into my bank account. I contacted the support team but was asked to patiently wait.
On Monday October 4th, whilst still waiting for the money to go into my Bank Account, I decided I would deposit more money into my PlayAmo Account so I could play the slots.
When I logged in, to my surprise, the $1650.40 that I was expecting to be in my Bank Account was put back into my Casino Account.
Even though I was annoyed that it was not deposited into my Bank Account, there was no need to deposit more money as I had a balance of $1,650.40.
After playing and losing about $800, I won a feature.
I then decided that I would cashout my balance of $3102.31.
It "discarded" my first two attempts and finally changed the status to pending.
Tonight, October 6th, I received an email stating my entire balance of $3102.31 has been cancelled.
I feel I have been scammed.
I am concerned that the original withdrawal was deliberately put back into my Casino Account with hopes I would gamble it all away.
I had no intentions of gambling it all.
I won and decided to cashout.
I no longer apply for bonus' when I make deposits as it limits the choice of slots. Therefore the money I play with is purely mine.
Whatever the reason was for the $1650.40 going back into my PlayAmo Account, it was my money to gamble with - win or lose.
Now that I want to withdraw my winnings, they won't pay.
This is my money and I'm very distraught about it.
Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
