What I thought I liked at first was the flawless gameplay with little to no lag, I thought I liked the claims that they were fellow gamblers who won't waste your time or theirs. I do not like their lies and deceit. They use ambiguity to get out of paying players and have set a trap to steal from unsuspecting players who believe the "oh no " warnings only to find out later they only warn you for some breaches and wait to pounce once you violate others. Their complaints resolution process is a complete fallacy as they ignore the law and when directly confronted with ambiguity in their terms and conditions they ignore their mistake while holding players to the mistake they made because of the ambiguity. They have no phone line and when you contact 24 /7 they tell you to use e-mail which can drag things on for weeks. This casino speaks out of both sides of their mouth and has zero trusts and integrity.

When I have contacted their live chat, maybe 90% of the time they are helpful, kind and fix the issue. Nothing else really, the site is horrible to navigate with a cheap looking interface

N/a lol. fine so then they made me sent a email to a ''manager'' to change my email which took another day. finally got my winnings but they took off 15% for ''sur-charge''
