I cashed out last year x4 times no issue at all BUT it was only small amounts. This year i tried to cash out a larger amount and they give me a excuse stating the ID
i used was invalid because it was '' provisional '' funny how they let me cash out x4 times already. anyway i uploaded a passport which was fine and got approved because
how can they deny that right? the next use was because my utility bill is incorrect because the address was not matching their systems the address was N/A and the postcode
N/a lol. fine so then they made me sent a email to a ''manager'' to change my email which took another day. finally got my winnings but they took off 15% for ''sur-charge''
lol last year when i cashed out a smaller amount never had that. STAY AWAY!!!!

The worst experience ever with withdrawing money and the service. I feel so frustrated. When they cancel a withdrawal request, they don't include in the email why. They simply write "Your withdrawal request has been canceled (yes, they send it with the grammar error!). To find out the details, please contact our support service. " They cancelled my withdrawal request already three times! At first, they said in the support that they need both sides of my bank card. Fair enough.
