One successful withdrawal and now cancelled on bigger amount

I am beyond frustrated I am an Australian player and I have gone above and beyond to prove my identity to playamo…. I won $3000 and withdrew that amount and then withdrew $900 via bank transfer they were both processed and all sent to their end (what they said) I successfully got the $900 into my bank and I waited another week or so for the $3000 then I randomly get an email saying I cancelled the withdrawal which I did not.

So then they said I needed to verify my id again and there is a security issue with the L on my identification which is my middle name that’s not printed on my bank card like that but my bank card says My name and I have had a successful withdrawal before with no issue….

Now they have asked me to open a cryptocurrency wallet to have my withdrawal put into instead & apparently once the withdrawal is complete via cryptocurrency my profile will then be deleted!!!?

I am so confused By all this I have done absolutely EVERYTHING to verify my identification and trying to now withdraw $2890 after they let me play through some.

I got that many identifications to prove it’s me & a successful withdrawal into bank and still security says there’s now an issue, not a big surprise they don’t want to give me the larger amount…. When I withdraw the smaller amount the day after and got that not a problem…

Now all these issues for no reason when I have got all my Identification even offered my birth certificate…

I am beyond disappointed and upset with all this.

Hello.
I have only been playing with Online Casinos for a few months.
I tried to cashout at Playamo Casino and after waiting several days, I received an email tonight stating that my cashout has been cancelled! I now have none of that money in my Bank Account or in my Casino Account.
I originally tried to cashout $1502.50 on September 23rd but it was discarded by PlayAmo and the money stayed in my Casino Account. I decided to continue playing. I then tried to cashout $1650.40. On September 28th, after supplying all documentation requested, it was accepted. I received an email stating the money was being sent to my bank. I waited several days for the money to go into my bank account. I contacted the support team but was asked to patiently wait.
On Monday October 4th, whilst still waiting for the money to go into my Bank Account, I decided I would deposit more money into my PlayAmo Account so I could play the slots.
When I logged in, to my surprise, the $1650.40 that I was expecting to be in my Bank Account was put back into my Casino Account.
Even though I was annoyed that it was not deposited into my Bank Account, there was no need to deposit more money as I had a balance of $1,650.40.
After playing and losing about $800, I won a feature.
I then decided that I would cashout my balance of $3102.31.
It "discarded" my first two attempts and finally changed the status to pending.
Tonight, October 6th, I received an email stating my entire balance of $3102.31 has been cancelled.
I feel I have been scammed.
I am concerned that the original withdrawal was deliberately put back into my Casino Account with hopes I would gamble it all away.
I had no intentions of gambling it all.
I won and decided to cashout.
I no longer apply for bonus' when I make deposits as it limits the choice of slots. Therefore the money I play with is purely mine.
Whatever the reason was for the $1650.40 going back into my PlayAmo Account, it was my money to gamble with - win or lose.
Now that I want to withdraw my winnings, they won't pay.
This is my money and I'm very distraught about it.
Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This casino is a joke. After they ignored my request of self exclusion and offering me bonuses just to change my mind, they let me to deposit. I have requested a full refund but of course they denied my request as it was my fault. However, after I've contacted one of ADR organisation and also sent an email to their gambling license provider, they eventually requested my bank details to issue a refund. But guess what? After 3 days of no sign of money in my bank account, I have emailed them again and their response was that it can take up to 14 business days to process the refund.
Be careful with this casino, they are just robbers and liers, taking advantage of vulnerable people.

Has all my favorite games. Easy set up, sign in, deposit, and payout.
I really did like the layout and setup and the online chat support was friendly and helpful. Although they failed to mention some information that would have deterred me from depositing any money.
I do not recommend this casino. They do not like to pay out and will seek excuses to keep the money.

I was unaware I had accidentally started a second account with this outfit. I only signed in and played with the one account I was aware I had. I had deposited close to $1000 by the time I had won, and while I spoke with live support at least once EVERY time I logged in and deposited and none ever mentioned a second account. I finally hit and won $5000. I spent $200 on more spins. Then I requested a payout of $3800 and left $1000 as bankroll. I received an email stating I had a duplicate account, my winnings have been confiscated, this topic is not open for discussion, my account is closed. And that was the end of it. They would not respond with anything other than "This decision was made by casino management and cannot be reversed". I understand more than one account is against the rules. I do not understand the cookie cutter approach to handling this. I clearly was not taking advantage of bonuses or spins. I was an active depositor on the account that won. I haven't used the duplicate account in many months, and even then I am sure I only ever logged into it one time. It was an accident, but I am still out $5800 (my deposits plus winnings). Must be nice to operate so far away from most of your customers. No accountability or impact for operating in the shade.

Well, my experience of Playamo has been awesome.

The Majors and big wins really do happen. The competition points and bonuses are great. Wagering requirements on these are fantastic and probably some of the fairest. My favourite games are the quickspin games. Quick payouts after verification sometimes very quick within 1 day to bank account and Visa.

Only drawback $4000 max withdrawal per day. Hopefully increases. Game selection is vast but could have new ones. Could have an area to set your own limits automatically without going through support.

I love this casino. I also have Elly as VIP host and she is amazing! There is always a good selection of games. And usually new games.
And the deposit/cash out process is easy. Sometimes I feel like if you do win one day, it feels like it won’t let you win anymore for a while. Lol maybe that’s just me 😝
I also like you can cancel any bonus at any time.

I don’t like you can only withdrawal $4000 daily and also that the don’t have some game providers I enjoy like Red Rake for example. Maybe in the future!

Playamo is one of the Direx N.V casinos. I see a lot of negativity about this casino and I am not sure why. For me any legit Direx N.V casino is very good unless they are a copy like sites, then we have a problem. I never had any problem with Playamo casino.

I signed up here over 2 years ago and remember claiming their welcome offer which wa s100% bonus and 100 spins which is spread over 5 days. They give you 20 spins each day with max cashout of 50 euro. I honestly see all Direx N.V sites doing this, and I do not think it should be like that. Any free spins offer that come with deposit should have no max cash out. So, I think this is one flaw that all Direx N.V casinos are guilty off. The offer a broad range of deposit offers and that include e-wallets, credit cards and the nice thing is you can claim bonuses using E-wallets.

They have providers from all over the place and all the popular ones. One thing I like about them or most Direx N.V casinos they do not have a huge collection of restrictions, however the odd casino have games that should not be in that list at all. All Direx N.V casinos block EGT slots because of the Jackpot feature, so be aware of that, and that includes Playamo.

Support can take a while before they respond, the other day I waited about 2 minutes. They did not understand me correctly even though I asked something so simple, yet they clarified something else, and I was like never mind and just left the casino.

The website is amazing I love everything about it but they are the manager is the most caring person I’ve met online and the customer service is seriously something that is amazing I’ve ever experienced.

Money was hard to withdraw. But apart from that it was nothing else I could fault maybe sometimes and they were super super super busy with we had to wait for customer service but I will be it.

To be honest I would give it 8 out of 10. Site is easy to navigate, design is simple, fast withdrawals and good guys I had chats with. Verification was rather fast, good variety of games. I have really good times playing here.

Some slots were slow at times, had to reload page and once I had to wait a bit at chat, but they warned there were a lot of requests at a time. Everything else is easy and simple, have nothing to complain about.
