As the regulating authority, I kindly request your intervention to ensure MrPacho.com complies with fair play and transparency rules. I would appreciate confirmation of the expected timeline to receive my winnings.

I played in the casino, and it seemed to me that everything was fine. But unfortunately, this is a scammer's casino. They do not allow players to withdraw money.

I made two deposits and they were credited very quickly. And I can't withdraw funds. the withdrawal button is simply not active.

I wrote to support and they advised me to clear the cache and cookies of my browser. I cleaned the cache and cookies. I changed the browser, and I changed the device from which I logged into my account, but it still does not help. I wrote to support and asked them to issue a withdrawal request for me, but they answered the, cannot do it.

Please help me to return my funds.

Made a withdrawal over a week ago, but money is nowhere to be seen.

Seen a lot of the same feedback from other customers so they probably just push back the withdrawal so people play their money away.

I would have liked to verify my account so that the withdrawal would be faster, but they say "There is no need to do that” and my verification tab is not even open. Live chat says that I don't need to verify and email support says that I have to.

Contacted customer support and live chat on many different days and they said that they sent a message to the verifying and finance team but nothing happened.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

After I asked several times in the chat to close my account in order to protect myself, I ordered an irrevocable account closure by e-mail on Friday, 15.12.2023 at 15:40. This was responded to without closing the account by telling me a personal manager would get in touch, which did not happen.

Regardless of this, the casino should have closed the account to protect me from further damage. This was deliberately not done.

Since then, a further 436 euros have been deposited. These are to be refunded due to the failure to close the account, which I hereby request.

I am setting a deadline of 48 hours, after which additional criminal charges will be filed. The casino is extremely unprofessional. The money can be refunded to the credit card with the final number 0604.

Yesterday, I registered at Mr Pacho casino. I deposited 10,000 HUF and received a 10,000 HUF bonus. After meeting the wagering requirements, there was an astonishing amount of 8,750,000 forints, roughly 21 - 22,000€, in the player account.
I thought I could cash out this significant win, but then I discovered a €500 daily withdrawal limit, equivalent to 200,000 forints, and a monthly limit of 2,800,000 forints, around 7,000€.
It's astounding that €22,000, roughly 8,750,000 forints, would require a three-month waiting period! This delay is unacceptable and adds to the frustration of the situation."
As a new player, I won a huge sum, but it was simply impossible to withdraw. When I contacted the casino, they were completely unhelpful, failing to address my questions and providing evasive responses. This lack of assistance was frustrating.

I play table games, they have the most famous table games providers.

Vip system in the casino is not transparent at all. I was vip level 3 then I found myself in few minutes not vip at all, and they put me in level 1. Same as if I just register although I was doing and still high stick black jack bets between 1000-3000 euro per bet, wagering minimum 10k euro everyday! And I still not vip. Which allow me to make only 1 withdrawal request per day max 500 euro, they have 72 hours to complete the request.
Imagine gambling with 3000 euro per single bet, but you can withdraw 500 euro every 1-3 days. The system totally not transparent in terms of vip rating
