Hello, from 09/23/2021 I cannot withdraw my winnings at Maneki Casino. Withdrawal to the Visa card is still rejected, the chat claims that it may be the bank's fault. Unfortunately, I have no other option of withdrawing only via the Visa card, Maneki chat offered a bank transfer, but how to order it if there is no such possibility of withdrawal. Even when I wanted to deposit via Neosurf to unblock the payout channel, an error pops up, then I read that it will not be possible to withdraw via Neosurf.

Maneki Casino is the most unprofessional casino I have ever played at. I requested a withdrawal for my balance of $3,601 and they started to ask me for many documents, selfies, selfies with winks, bank statements, payslips, etc. I sent them everything they requested, but it was never enough. They then requested to call me with Skype. I said ok, and sent them my username. I waited for over 3 weeks and reminded them almost daily to call me. The finally called me and I thought the nightmare was finally over. Now 8 days later, my account is still locked. I write them basically every day and they just keep telling me the same thing, that my account will be reviewed. They have run out of things to ask me for, so now they just ignore me. They have no intention to pay winnings. Maneki casino is a scam!

I made small Deposit, broke no terms on the bonus and asked for a 1700 withdrawal.
It took long to verify account but it was done.
They've cancelled all my withdrawals several times and the reasons are below...

I deposit interac and requested a bank withdrawal as they said, then they cancel and tell me to deposit a small deposit amount with ECOPAYZ and request a withdrawal with that, then they tell me to please deposit interac again and request a bank transfer?????

They are answering me on the chat in 9 minute intervals and have made me waste over 80 minutes today.

She just responded as I'm writing this complaint to make the withdrawal again via interac and she would explain it to the finance department... nothing new as it has been going on now for days! This is awful!

Ask gamblers please help me get my 1700 dollars, you have these people as a top new casino so I am confident that the only reason that I am not being paid is because of reasons that can easily be handled..

Hi I recently joined maneki casino a few weeks ago. I won some money (around $2000.00 CAD) after depositing around 500 of my own money. Like most casinos I had to verify some documents in order to get me withdrawal. I now have all of my documents approved and they continue to decline my payments. There have been 2 reasons explained to me. First, they say that in order to withdrawal by Interac e transfer I would have to have made a deposit and prove my deposit by sending a bank statement. I did this the deposits on my statement matched perfectly with the date time and amount I deposited through the casino. This document was approved along with other necessary documents. Now they are telling me in order to withdraw via Interac e transfer I would have to have made my last deposit
The same way. I went back and checked and my last several deposits were made through this method. My money has been kept from me and I’ve had about 4 declined withdrawals. This is just not acceptable. I would like this issue to be resolved as I really like this casino and have a very positive experience other than this issue!

25-10-2019 I deposited €500,- euro on Maneki casino. Between 5 days I managed to win it to €4000,-. So on 30–10-2019 I withdrawal my win with trustly.

It is 9-11-2019 now and I still didn’t received my money. I verified my documents all on 2 October and they all got accepted.

I contacted the live chat really often, but they say it is a ‘technical issue’ and they need some time to fix it. It has been almost 2 weeks now. And it's still currently pending.. I'm worried.

Could you help me out, I really appreciate it.

I like the branding and selection of the games is solid, my top favorite slots are there, and registration was a bit confusing but pretty smooth with available options for deposits.

Everything they advertise is misleading. Never ever have I heard that for a non bonus deposit they make you wager that deposit before you can withdraw it.

In the promotion they mislead you to lure you in but when you make a deposit with several payment options they not giving the bonus. They say it's in the 500 pages of terms and conditions but why don't they take that payment option out when you click on the bonus as they do take it out when u deposit with paysafe but not with skrill. NEVER EVER playing with this casino or any of there other affiliate casinos again.

Nothing else to mention as I did not have a nice experience at all.

Stalling techniques when you verify your account and try to withdraw money.
I will open a complaint since money have not been received yet.
Have provided all the necessary documents but they are finding all possible excuses not to pay out.
