Unbelievable amount of time for withdrawal. 48 hours pending then a further 48 hours if you deposited by card. Not good enough given the competition. Doubt I'll be making any further deposits.

Support was rapid and good. I didn't unfortunately get the opportunity to review their withdrawal process. I played a good few games on the site but the majority were very slow and a few crashed and had to be restarted. Didn't have a lot of my favourite games and the ones they did I couldn't play because once you sign up for the welcome bonus you need to turn it over a bazillion times before you can play certain games.

unfortunately I didnt find it and chat was offline at that time. Later I found out you can find them in somewhere in " my account " section, but it was too late.

Narrow game selection and some games are under wrong providers. BTG, Merkur and Push gaming are hot now, but they do not have it.

VIP service didnt affect me at all. Sure I got my own personal chat helper but thats about it. I was promised faster withdrawals, but never saw that.

In conclusion, Genesis casino is decent a casino with decent game selection. Their account verification took me sunday to wednesday and pending times for withdrawals took me 48 hours ( bank transfer ), so quite slow on those things.
