Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hiermit möchte ich mich über drei verzögerte Auszahlungen bei Funbet Casino beschweren. Ich habe bereits am 14.6.25 eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 500€ beantragt und am 15.6.25 und 16.6.25 (aufgrund des Tageslimits) auch nochmal jeweils 500€ beantragt.

Insgesamt möchte ich 3,300€ von meinem Konto auszahlen, aber es gibt ein Auszahlungslimit von nur drei gleichzeitig ausstehenden Auszahlungen, die ich momentan erreicht habe. Laut den Casino-Richtlinien sollten Auszahlungen innerhalb von jeweils 3 Werktagen bearbeitet und ausgezahlt werden. Ich habe bei diesem Casino auch schonmal 100€ auszahlen lassen und diese kamen problemlos nach 3 Tagen auf meinem Bankkonto an.

Die 1,500€, die insgesamt auf Auszahlung stehen, habe ich nach fast 14 Tagen noch nicht erhalten und kann somit den Restbetrag von 1,800€ auch immernoch nicht auszahlen. Ich habe mehrfach im Live-Chat nachgefragt, was ich tun kann und gefragt warum die Auszahlungen derart verzögert sind, doch wurde ich wie einige andere Nutzer nur mit einer "Standardantwort" abgespeist, dass die Finanzabteilung viel zu tun hätte und es deshalb dauert, ich das Geld aber definitiv erhalten werde und mein Konto nicht verifiziert werden müsse. Ich habe dennoch vor ein paar Tagen alle nötigen Unterlagen per Email eingereicht, darauf wurde auch wieder nur mit der gleichen Ausrede reagiert.

Ich habe mich an alle Vorgaben des Casinos gehalten und erwarte daher, dass die am 14.-16.6.25 beantragten Auszahlungen und alle folgenden in Höhe von 1,500€, beziehungsweise insgesamt 3,300€ schnellstens bearbeitet und ausgezahlt werden, da mir wie vom Casino bereits bestätigt das Geld zusteht.

Formal Complaint – Funbet Casino Withdrawal Delay

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding Funbet Casino.

On 10 December, I played at Funbet Casino and won a total of €3,690. On the same day, I submitted withdrawal requests in accordance with the casino’s stated withdrawal limits (€500 maximum per day).

However, more than one month has now passed, and not a single withdrawal has been received.

During this time, I have contacted Funbet customer support numerous times via live chat. Each time, I have been given the same generic response:

“We are processing the matter and will contact you.”

Despite these assurances, no one has contacted me, no concrete explanation has been provided, and no progress has been made. I have also not been asked to provide any verification documents, even though this is often cited as a reason for delays.

This situation is unacceptable. If a casino advertises fast and smooth withdrawals, it is reasonable to assume that this does not mean waiting over a month without receiving a single payment or any meaningful communication.

I believe this case demonstrates:

Unjustified and excessive withdrawal delays

Lack of transparency

Repeated misleading assurances from customer support

I have been waiting for my withdrawal for almost a week now.

Support keeps moving the ETA "will be processed shortly", "will take up to 3 business days", now "from 3 to 5 business days", and for sure, after 5 days the ETA will be changed again. Besides, it's a cryptopayment.

Last time I wrote to support to ask about my withdrawal, I received a response that they have maintenance and "can't check on my account."

I have been waiting for a withdrawal for almost a week and was promised by customer support that I would have it by Wednesday at the latest.

Now I can't get in contact with customer support or anything, and I saw that the same girl who was on live chat on Nomini was the same one they had on Funbet, so if u help me again, they will probably finally pay me

I would like to file a complaint against Funbet Casino regarding my withdrawals.

I have been waiting almost two weeks for my withdrawals to be processed. Out of three pending withdrawals, only one was approved, while the other two were suddenly cancelled without any explanation. When I contact their support, they repeatedly tell me that my case will be “fast-tracked,” but nothing actually happens.

According to their own terms, withdrawals should be processed within 3 days, yet it has now been far longer. I have tried to resolve this directly and professionally with Funbet’s support team, but I only receive the same generic responses with no real updates.

I’m asking for AskGamblers’ help to get this issue resolved so that I can receive the remaining funds I am entitled to. I still hope that this matter can be solved professionally and quickly.

I am writing to provide an update regarding my ongoing complaint against FunBet concerning unpaid winnings of £600 from a Blackjack game.

I have contacted FunBet on several occasions to try and resolve the matter directly. Unfortunately, they have continued to delay payment and have not offered any genuine assistance.

Their most recent response stated the following:

“I’ve reviewed your transaction history in detail, and I wasn’t able to locate any confirmed winnings of £600 from blackjack during the period in question. To help us investigate further, could you please share any screenshots or reference points that show the win or where it was discussed? That would allow us to look deeper and clarify everything properly.”

This response is concerning, as the same screenshots they’re now requesting have already been sent to them multiple times. These screenshots include clear confirmations from their own support agents acknowledging the £600 win.

I have attached the following for your reference:

All of these screenshots and details have already been shared with FunBet numerous times, and I feel their latest response is simply another delaying tactic to avoid paying the confirmed winnings.

Given these circumstances and the lack of cooperation from FunBet, I would be grateful if the AG could review the situation and ensure the operator complies with its obligations to honour confirmed player winnings.

I am writing to AskGamblers regarding my issue with the casino holding my withdrawal.

I did a deposit on FunBet on 28.09.2025 and was lucky and won 25000 NOK.

I do play quite a bit and almost always lose, but I finally was lucky enough to get a win.

Now I am experiencing that the Casino is purposely holding the funds. They have rules that allow you to withdraw 5000 NOK every 24 hours, and you can have 3 withdrawals waiting. This means that I currently have 15000 NOK waiting for approval of withdrawal and 10,000 in the casino balance. My first withdrawal was done on the 28th. And I did the others the following days.

I have been in contact with live chat a couple of times to make sure everything is all right. I have only gotten the same copy/paste answer with standard phrases. I really hope AskGamblers are able to help me get this sorted so I can receive my withdrawal, it would be much appreciated
