The last time I played here I deposited £600 and only managed to get it up to£700. Just before cashing out I noticed I had some loyalty points which I could convert to cash, this only amounted to just over £5. When I tried to withdraw my £700 it would not allow me to as I had to wager 35x my loyalty points. I went to live chat who wouldn’t removed the £5 loyalty. They insisted that I need to wager it x35, using the money I had in the account. This £5 was not bonus money, it was loyalty points that convert to cash. Very very very unfair.
