Just before cashing out I noticed I had some loyalty points which I could convert to cash, this only amounted to just over £5. When I tried to withdraw my £700 it would not allow me to as I had to wager 35x my loyalty points. I went to live chat who wouldn’t removed the £5 loyalty.
