Delayed Withdrawal Request

I have been waiting a week now for my withdrawal request to be approved. Chat replies with generic responses and judging by the other complaints about this casino I am going through a similar ordeal to others. I have requested to submit my verification to speed the process up but am met with “no verification needed at this stage” I feel as if the wait times and no option to self verify is a ploy to delay payments. I was told by a chat operator my payment would be processed within 3 days. It’s now been 7 and there is no indication of anything being done. I have never experienced wait times like this playing online.

Guten Tag,

ich habe am 3. und am 4.12. jeweils Auszahlungen in Höhe von 800€ beantragt. Seit dem 5.12. sind alle Auszahlungen blockiert weil ich mich erneut verifizieren musste. Nun ist alles verifiziert aber mein Adressnachweis wird einfach nicht bearbeitet bzw. abgelehnt. Ich habe ihn ein drittes Mal hochgeladen am 13.12.

Der Live Chat sagt ich soll ihn nochmals per Mail schicken, per Mail bekomme ich als Antwort dass ich ihn nicht per Mail schicken soll und nun bekomme ich keine weiteren Antworten außer die Standardantworten, dass die Verifizierung bearbeitet wird.

Sehr geehrtes Team, seit dem 03.09. warte ich auf meine erste Auszahlung in Höhe von 1500 €. Bisher war keine Verifizierung notwendig und dennoch habe ich kein Geld erhalten. Im Live-Chat werde ich stets nur vertröstet. Da die übliche Bearbeitungszeit 2–4 Werktage beträgt, bitte ich dringend um Klärung.

Pending withdrawals for several days

Hello,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding delayed withdrawals at Greenluck Casino.

I currently have three withdrawal requests, and all of them have been stuck in “under review” status for several days without any progress:

- 200,000 HUF – requested on 20/04/2026 (5 business days)

- 200,000 HUF – requested on 21/04/2026 (4 business days)

- 100,000 HUF – requested on 22/04/2026 (3 business days)

All withdrawals are still in “under review” status, and none of them have been approved or processed.

I have not received any request for additional documents, and my account has not been restricted. I have also contacted the casino, but I have not received any meaningful update.

I have all the necessary evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, emails confirming the withdrawal requests), and I am ready to provide them if needed.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and helping me receive my winnings.

Withdrawal pending since April 15th

You helped me with this complaint a month ago. Unfortunately, again, a withdrawal (only €285) has been pending since April 15th!

The casino assured me this wouldn't happen, which is why I closed the other complaint, but unfortunately, this is not the case.

The only way I was able to resolve it last time was by working with you. So I'm asking for help again.

300 withdrawal pending 9 days

Hello,

My withdrawal has been pending for 9 days. The terms say 3 days. It is no doubt going to not be processed for atleast another 4 days with easter.

I have emailed and tried chat (not loading for me).

I am quite worried as lots of complaints on here from others whose money has not been pended for longer then me.

Delayed withdrawal of 14 days

Hello,

Unfortunately my withdrawal has been pending since the 19/03/2026. The Ts and Cs state 3 days. The support has said the delay is due to the huge volume of requests. I understand this can delay things, but this is far far too long.

I think unless I get a mediator to help I will just continue to be fobbed off.

I would appreciate some help resolving this as I can see numerous players having this issue.

Still waiting to be paid

Hey,

I am still waiting for my payouts and have not received any proper assistance.

There are three pending withdrawals of €500 each. The oldest has been pending for 13 days, and the other two have been pending for 6 days. The Terms & Conditions state that withdrawals are processed within 3 days.

In January, every payout was completed within 3 days. Since February 1st, withdrawals have taken at least a week, and now no payments are being received at all.

Live chat only asks for patience, and emails receive the same response.

Hi, I'm still waiting to be paid out from this casino with no help whatsoever, live chat just asks for patience even though I've been waiting five days when their T&Cs state 3 days, I've emailed them daily but just to wait, I have 3 withdrawals of €1450 just sitting there and I want them all paid out because the wait is ridiculous, screenshots provided and date shown on the 28th, should have been paid out on the 31st

Greenluck has closed my account with funds

I still have 1316,75€ on my account and after paying one 500€ withdrawal they suddenly blocked me from login into my account as they claim it is under review.

< information removed which is not related to this complaint > and I have chatted with both sites live chat numerous times and sent them multiple emails without hearing back from them.

Live chat said first I need to send them crypto wallet address which I did 6 days ago without response. This whole thing has been going on for at least three weeks. And after now chatting with them they told me someone would email me soon. Wel,l that hasn't happened either.
