Withdrawal pending since April 15th

Hello,

You helped me with this complaint a month ago. Unfortunately, again, a withdrawal (only €285) has been pending since April 15th!

The casino assured me this wouldn't happen, which is why I closed the other complaint, but unfortunately, this is not the case.

The only way I was able to resolve it last time was by working with you. So I'm asking for help again.
