Hey,

I am still waiting for my payouts and have not received any proper assistance.

There are three pending withdrawals of €500 each. The oldest has been pending for 13 days, and the other two have been pending for 6 days. The Terms & Conditions state that withdrawals are processed within 3 days.

In January, every payout was completed within 3 days. Since February 1st, withdrawals have taken at least a week, and now no payments are being received at all.

Live chat only asks for patience, and emails receive the same response.

I received the three withdrawals yesterday. Thank you very much for that.

I will wait another 2–3 days to see if the next withdrawals are processed as well, and then I will close the complaint.

My new ones have now been pending for three days.

I’m not entirely sure what the long-term solution is, as the withdrawals do not seem to be processed reliably without intervention.

Hi everyone,

I don’t fully understand why my withdrawals are being made so difficult.

Since December 3rd, 2025, I have been trying to withdraw my winnings (around €57,000). At first, my account had to be verified for three weeks. In January, everything worked fine, but since February 1st, almost every withdrawal has taken around two weeks. As a result, I’m never able to fully use my monthly withdrawal limit.

Now I’m being told that my monthly limit for March has already been reached, which is not correct. I keep a detailed record of every withdrawal, and the Greenluck support team has also confirmed that my limit has not been reached.

How about simply allowing me to make higher withdrawals, or just paying out the full remaining amount at once?

Good day,
I still do not understand why my withdrawals are being made more difficult each time.

Out of my last 9 withdrawals, 4 were canceled by Greenluck, even though they were processed using the exact same payment methods as the others. What is the reason for this?

Today is April 14th, and so far I have only been able to withdraw €1,000 out of the monthly €7,000 limit because Greenluck is artificially slowing the process. What is going on?
