I would like to submit a complaint regarding delayed withdrawals at Greenluck Casino.
I currently have three withdrawal requests, and all of them have been stuck in “under review” status for several days without any progress:
- 200,000 HUF – requested on 20/04/2026 (5 business days)
- 200,000 HUF – requested on 21/04/2026 (4 business days)
- 100,000 HUF – requested on 22/04/2026 (3 business days)
All withdrawals are still in “under review” status, and none of them have been approved or processed.
I have not received any request for additional documents, and my account has not been restricted. I have also contacted the casino, but I have not received any meaningful update.
I have all the necessary evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, emails confirming the withdrawal requests), and I am ready to provide them if needed.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and helping me receive my winnings.
