300 withdrawal pending 9 days

Hello,

My withdrawal has been pending for 9 days. The terms say 3 days. It is no doubt going to not be processed for atleast another 4 days with easter.

I have emailed and tried chat (not loading for me).

I am quite worried as lots of complaints on here from others whose money has not been pended for longer then me.

Please help
