I won 17 456,00€ from the casino on 5.2.2024.

Then I sent my verification documents so they could verify my account to make a withdrawal. I sent the first documents in February and they have been asking for the same documents over and over again.

The last document was sent for reviewing on 2.8.2024 and since then they have been just "reviewing" it so I could make a withdrawal.

I have made multiple withdrawal requests without any outcome. I used 5e bet ja game was Frutz by Hacksaw Gaming. I have sent multiple messages regarding this via live chat on the webpage and they always promise to take care of the issue but nothing happens. And I have also sent multiple emails to the support address but they never reply.
