Wow too much to dislike. Very strange, maybe even a bit funny. Cant tell because I definitely will not make a payment on that casino site. Live chat operator "Tina" so called "Vip Manager" is trying to get rid of the customers, maybe it is her last day there? I followed this link here from AskGamblers and ended up on the casino site. Then a window opened telling me if I use the code BRZ15 to register I would get 15 Euro no deposit. I got no bonus at all! The operator was very rude. Here is the conversation but it is in German. Basicly she told me that the bonus is not available. Then I asked here if they are fishing customers with that and she told me, yes we are! Maybe it was her last day there or the casino is closing down and they don't care about customers registering with them. Very unprofessional. In my opinion this is not a serious casino. Be careful!

As a problem gambler I've asked 4 times now to self exclude. Emailed support and spoke to live chat plenty of times. Only emails I keep receiving back are bonus like we've credited your account with 15!! Its in my rights to want to leave this awful site and they wont let me !!!!

I came across this Bronze Casino sometime last year, saw that it was owned and operated by Alpha Interactive, so that immediately turned me off from signing up at the casino! Okay, I must honestly admit that I was kinda swayed into taking their Easter Bonus offering of 222% + 100 free spins, but on later thoughts, both were nothing special actually, or even any better than their standard offerings. Anyway, after registering and making a 20 EUR deposit, I had to request from their Live Chat host to add in manually the extra 22% bonus and the 50 extra free spins, simply because the system only credited the standard on-going welcoming offer. Not only that, the host had to do her things twice – firstly, to add the 22% bonus, then secondly, to change the free spins amount to 100. Why she didn't do it both in one go? Well, probably she forgot, or she missed it, or whatever, but I'd let you decide on that for yourself. What mattered to me was that I finally got both, but only after about 30 minutes or so of patiently waiting! Hmm, talk about speed of customer support…she was probably too occupied with too many customers at that time, which certainly kept us customers waiting unnecessarily! Not good at all!

If you want to experience top level disappointment contact with customer service who has no professional attitude, really unhelpful and misguide. I got an email for the free spins from the casino and when I ask to customer service they told me you can't get that free spins. This day in age surely not hard to stop access from a country that is not accepted, even the registration process has the country you are from and has the UK in that option so why would you think you could not play ??, Also the phone section was automatically filled with +44 and the email was a .co.uk.
Yet they are able to still accept you. Yes the T&C state that no use for UK hidden in the T&C.

I tried to get my account suspended when I noticed they didn't accommodate visa deposits. The support chat offered me "ways around the system" rather than banning my account to make a non visa deposit which I didn't want and again asked for my account to be banned, they then offered me a "special" bonus if I deposited using paysafecard and continued to ignore my suspension request. Finally they banned my account after 5 minutes of asking.

Took nearly 3 weeks to be paid my winnings. Always an obstacle put in the way. BIC code, IBAN, ID incorrect.... etc. Only with the help of AskGamblers did I receive my money.

The live chat is rude and doesn't solve your questions, the bonus isn't worth taking: you can only play the bonus money on limited providers after playing through your cash balance.
You can not unsubscribe from the emails via the mails you get from them (the unsubscribe button doesn't work).
They will not block your account when you ask for it. To me it seems like this casino will do anything to get your money and wont do any good to their players. There are far better casinos to play at which are more fair and have better terms.
Nothing really much I could say about what I liked about this site. The games were not that good. Some of the games you could not play and they were running slow.
I won over 1000EUR so I withdraw a 1000EUR. Now that's when problems started. They wanted bank account details which I never used in my life. I had to go around the houses explaining to support team that I never used or had the account details what they wanted. Then another issue was the amount I requested, they said because my last deposit was not over 200EUR, they were not able to pay my the 1000EUR because only able to get x10 deposit and removed the rest of my winnings and did not put back in my account.
