Aloha! Brand new newbie! Seems one has to be at least a Level 2 VIP to play? Is there a casino that allows anybody?? Also, I have only played casinos heavily advertised on the web i.e. Cool Cat, Prism, Planet7, Slots of Vegas, etc., and mostly with NDB and with a very few exceptions, mostly winning nothing! And experiencing 2-3 month LONG waits for payment !! Please let me know which ones you would recommend are exceptions to the rule? Mahalo, SusieQ
