Having an issue with a New Bookmaker online called "Blacktype Bet". They promised good odds and good service.
I opened an account yesterday and was pretty successful, winning £4500 from a £50 starting deposit. I then tried to withdraw this money, my withdrawal showed as "Pending" and then "Authorised" shortly after. I really doubt I'll see the winnings.
This morning I received an email stating
"Black Type operates under the gambling licence belonging to FSB Technology. As you are self excluded with another FSB partner site you are not permitted to open a Black Type account. We have returned all deposits and you should receive that within 3-5 working days."
I had no idea who their partners were and it doesn't tell me on their site.
Yes I was self excluded 3 years ago from a site that I've since found to be operated by FSB, but their websites self exclusion policy shows nothing about being removed from all partners, and doesn't show who partners are either, so am I to just guess.
