  1. Make sure you are verified with Paypal first it makes your cash out smoother. Based on my personal experience I would like to warn you that you need to proceed with caution in dealing with Chumba Casino, I have seen far too many people complaining about winning and not being paid, being double charged so keep a log on the amounts you play and compare them. I have personally seen chumba boast about big wins on their winners ledger but it's funny that the same winners with the same names keep coming up and winning the big jackpots on most of the games (Beware fake winners), I was told that all winnings were random(yeah sure guess thats why they have the same people winning big jackpots over and over), another thing is that their long-time players are complaining that they rarely win although some have played in hopes of winning some of their money back, good luck, their games are meant to make them money afterall they claim to be a sweepstakes but they are nothing more then an online casino hiding behind the name of a sweepstakes claim. Oh and if you want to get a hold of someone in support good luck they do not have support telephone number, you can do chat or email that is all the support they offer oh and I forgot to mention they have a big software gaming problem that happens very often so I'm not sure if we played fair gaming or not but I doubt it considering how tight the games were and the gaming errors I experience, another thing do your research you'll see that it is alleged that they have a keystroke tracking software when you use their apps. I no longer use their site because I'm aware how a real legit gaming casino games play and pay and CC is nothing more than a farce and I look forward to the day when they are shut down for good. Do not play there, their games are too tight, they have had software malfunctions where games intermingle with other different games, I asked what type of gaming software they were using because I wanted to know if it was real time gaming and they totally ignored my questions.There games are too tight and yes I keep stressing that their game pay backs are so small when bet a $1 per spin and wind up with 3 cent or 20 cents even if your playing the max or 1 cent in some cases. They really need to be checked out by some gaming authority because something is off with their gaming and you can only contact them via email or FB chat no telephone calls and they been in business for 5 years. The only thing I give them credit for is having a quick payout through Paypal which in some cases only takes 1 to 2 hours but don't be tempted though you won't win and they don't offer many bonuses for long time players or players who spend a lot of money oh wait but they do have the nerves to offer you what they claim is a good promo deal a 1000 gets you an extra 150 to go with it not worth it. I seen big wins on their player boards but amazing the same people each week and sometimes same days Ludy, Paolo, Stacey, Michael seem to be hitting the big jackpots meanwhile the rest of us are just winning chumba's chump change.

Well I'm not surprise this is a new casino and there is no telling how long their going to be around; I assume that they will eventually have to open up to let other players in if they want to stay around but now that they seem to be changing the rules on withdrawal I wouldn't want to use them who knows when they'll change it to paid once a month and limit the amount to 1k like your getting paid now.

Well apparently you must have forgotten a player is entitled to their winnings and should not have to wait long months to be paid, apparently you must have forgotten that a customer has the right to complaint and the provider of services has the right to improve their services so that they limit their complaints. Apparently what works for you does not work for every player and their is no entitlement in a customer's attitude if their seeking to get their money. You have the right to your opinion as do the rest of us sharing our personal experience; seems like your taking this personal especially maybe you work for one of the offending casinos I guess. Getting bashed and dealing with rudeness is part of their job as a customer service rep they either deal with it or get another job. #youmadforthetruthbeingtold

  7. Hi, I'm not surprised it seems like if your requesting them to correct their mistake and you provided them proof that they should comply. I know when I had an account I kept trying to register and use one of my cards and I kept getting an error message; the host that invited me swore up and down it works and I should try it again. Well I gave up and talked to him again about it; finally my card was able to be used, I did not get charged for anything; it was his attitude that I noticed and with them if you point out that something is wrong on their site or services it's apparent that they do not care about providing you with good customer service. Before my account with them was closed I received a withdrawal and it was not for the amount I had won; but they claimed that they only charged me 12.50 but I was charged well over that well I got a snide email from them saying that is all that they charged and that was their final answer. So I think they pick and choose who they want as a client because to me they should be a little bit more concern with how many customers they offend and brush off. But it's my money and others money that keeps them in business maybe they should remember that.
  8. I believe any player gambling online expects to get their winnings in a timely manner, yes, there are some players who may not read the rules and follow them. But, when it comes to winning thats the fun of it and then expecting to be paid within the time frame that the casino claims a player will be paid. I do not think there is fun in waiting more then 30 days no matter how big the win is. Yes, if the win is big and the player has read the rules they know that some casinos will only pay them per their weekly max payout per week. But there are some casinos that will send the winner their whole amount. The truth is why should a player have to be concerned if their going to get paid at all. After coming on AG and seeing some of the horror stories of some players not being paid or having to wait six months or just from my experience along; I certainly understand their concerns and I'm glad their is a venue to come to share our stories/complaint/compliment and to discuss each and everyone different experience with the casinos as long as were all being truthful. And everyone truth is that of their own personal experience no two stories will be the same.

Hi Windyoats, I'm not surprised you encounter a nasty host that is the same reason why I requested to have my account closed after the host who invited me became rude with me and upset that I had complaint about the length of time my payout was taking, and that I came to AG post. I actually was surprised that he took it personal I thought he would be very understanding seeing that I had to be diligent and aggressive as he suggested I should be toward cool cat when trying to get my money from them; but I guess he couldn't handle it being done to them. It seems that customer is not something their currently focusing on.
  10. Hi Dvsax, Congratulation on your wins from Posh;RS is a good site but they too have problems with their payment processors; just like Cool cat and Posh. It's nice that you're ok with getting paid months later. Some of us are not since we don't even know if were going to get our winnings. I too was invited by a host who use to work for Ruby slots to Posh I won a small amount with their bonus and unlike you the hype I was fed was too good to be true. I think every players experience will be different and the least I can say for Posh is their payment processor was a bit quicker then Cool Cat however the host who invited me; him and I fell out because he took my right as a customer to complaint about their slow payment process and being misinformed as an personal attack on him. I'm no longer a client of Posh per my request and the fact that the host made sure of it by his behavior toward me I spend my money where I'm appreciated and can be assured that I will get my winnings. #keeponwinning

Hi my update was given a $165 bonus completed the play through and won $660 requested withdrawal as you can see my info below received my withdrawal on 1/17/2017 in the amount of $595.85 so I was charged $64.15. Informed the Vip host who assured me that they do not charge such a fee; I inquired with my bank and they told me they do not charge for incoming wires so I'm stumped at whose charging what. I requested a refund of the fees charged and I provided them with a screen shot. So let me see approved on 12/9/2016 sent to payment processor on 12/23/2016 give or take some days holidays we had and I got my payout within 27 days that is after they sent it to the payment processor. Each players outcome might be different and in my case my frustration with Cool Cat played more of a part in me being just as frustrated with Posh.   13. Hi Count yourself lucky that you stopped playing with CC if you check their representation on AG you will see that they have been going down hill. I will say that I use to play with them and I use to be happy with them. But after being given a bonus to play in which I met their play through I have been waiting since 11/24/2016 to get my withdrawal and this is why they lost me as an customer you can find my complaint on AG. The only thing I can advise you of is if you continue to play on any online casino with their bonus always go to chat and ask them what are the play through rules I do this everytime since I do not like playing with their bonuses. I prefer their no restriction bonuses because there are no restrictions other than they will take the non cashable bonus out of your winnings.

Hi Edie, I'm not surprised the VIP who referred me got mad at me for comparing them to other casinos; this is after he invited me and bragged about them being so much better and faster with their payout and I'm still waiting for my pay out wow that what I call really fast; fast way of losing a customer and I'm done with them.
