I made a 20€ deposit and took the 20€ bonus. I went to play Merlin Respin, Christmas edition -game. I put 7€ to that game by using the turbo / boost thing. I got three scatter symbols and won free spins. And then I got respins and won 15 000 €. Now I waited for a week and got an answer today. They don´t pay my winnings, because I had bonus money and my bet should been max. 25% of the bonus money. It is in the Codeta rules 33.10. I understand the rule, but I have two arguments and I want to ask has someone experienced something like that and tried to fight for the money. 1) Why the system doesn´t warn if you put bet over 25% when using the bonus money? The system warns you when you have too little money on your account and doesn´t allow to play so why the casino doesn´t have function for this also? I think it is quite misleading. 2) I also think that they should pay me the winnings like the bet was 5€. They shouldn´t pay me 15 000 euros, but the amount that the winning would have been with 5€ bet. They can count the amount.
